Great Customer Service The people at the service center are great.....very accommodating and friendly. My only complaint would be price....I was quoted $44 to replace a bul The people at the service center are great.....very accommodating and friendly. My only complaint would be price....I was quoted $44 to replace a bulb that cost, including shipping, less than $2 online and only a couple of minutes to install. And I paid $87 to have a battery charged that, as it turns out, didn't need charged but was charged anyway. I suspect this is no different than any other dealership, and for that reason I normally wouldn't have work done at a dealership, but I took the car there because when I bought it just a few weeks before at Ourisman, I was told it had a year left on its "bumper-to-"bumper" warranty. However, I was given nothing to refer to regarding said warranty and it turned out that neither the battery charge nor the bulb change were covered. Not sure, then, what "bumper-to-bumper" really means or, without any paperwork on the warranty, how I'll know for next time. More
