The only thing keeping this review from being 5 stars is the service received from the folks we first make contact with. I’ve used this dealership for years and every time i have Josue as my service rep. he’s unprofessional And I’ve preciously made one complaint to the management. Every time it’s a bad experience with him. This location is convenient so I return but next tine I will ensure I am matched with another rep for service assistance. I make an appt but always have to wait to be received to drop my car off EVERYTIMe. The best approach is to simply greet customers and say we will be right with you and apologies for your wait. that way we know that someone is coming soon. I remember the first tin i visited this dealership i did t know what to do because i pulled in and no one said anything to me. Do i sit in my car and wait or get out and go up to someone. Anyway, the mechanics are always awesome. Maybe they should let the mechanics greet us 😀 Howard and the woman who checked me out were helpful in the end. Even ensuring I received the military discount. I was in uniform when i dropped the vehicle off and when i picked the vehicle up but Josue didn’t let me know could receive a discount and this service was more than $1000 so i appreciate the savings. I’ll give this dealership one more shot and ensure I’m assigned a different rep next time. More

Too expensive I love my Dodge Challenger and have always loved the brand. They typically come with good, full service. I took it to Ourisman for oil change and it was very expensive and they did not offer any additional items like a wash or anything. Too expensive for what you get because of no extras. Warranty Fixes for 2019 Ram 1500 This last week we took our 2019 Ram 1500 to the dealership for two warranty fixes. I have to say that Dustin and Tim were completely outstanding from This last week we took our 2019 Ram 1500 to the dealership for two warranty fixes. I have to say that Dustin and Tim were completely outstanding from start to finish. Not only did they listen to our concerns, they quickly submitted the issues for repair. Dustin was professional throughout the entire two-week process and made sure everything was taken care of. When we actually went in for the repair (May 23), I couldn't believe it when I saw Tim literally RUNNING throughout the service bay area with repair orders in hand. He was literally running in order to get this stuff done faster. On top of that, after I left, I heard a vibration/rattle coming from our dash area and went back to the dealership to see if someone could help. When I got back, Dustin advised Tim, who, within two minutes came running out to get in the truck and go for a quick drive with me. At that point I had to ask Tim that if he was too busy (which it obviously seemed like he was), I could bring it back. He said it was extremely busy due to Memorial Day, but that he would make time to come with me for a quick drive. The bottom line to all of this is that I wish every service department cared this much and worked this hard. I told Dustin and Tim that I was extremely grateful for their attention and help, and Tim said to bring the truck back soon to have the rattle looked at. I hope the management at Ourisman reads this because after 20 years of buying and selling cars, I have never seen a group of service employees working at that rate, and acting in such a professional manner. Thank you for helping us take care of our new truck. More

Money grab I came here last month for an oil change on my perfectly running 6 year old car. They did the oil change and then recommended I needed 9 things fixed I came here last month for an oil change on my perfectly running 6 year old car. They did the oil change and then recommended I needed 9 things fixed with my car. I knew that my car had been running fine as I take it in for regular maintenance and told them I would get a second opinion. Took it elsewhere and turns out I needed none of the things they recommended. Ourisman is a total money grab. More
