It was a great experience and still is... Dodge Rams are the best! Donnie really helped me thru the buying process. He saved me 5k in rebates and Brandy was very informative on the Auto for Life and bumper to bumper packages. She also got me excellent financing. After my initial purchase, I went back to get some aftermarket work done. Melissa is so awesome. She went above her call of duty and took care of every little detail, she is amazing. The bottom line, I recommend Lustine Dodge-Chrysler-Jeep in Woodbridge VA. More
My wife and purchased a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Matt Lepage (New Car Manager) and Donnie (Sale Person). After agreeing to the terms, i sat down with the finance office who notified me that our down Matt Lepage (New Car Manager) and Donnie (Sale Person). After agreeing to the terms, i sat down with the finance office who notified me that our down payment would be lower than we anticipated, but that my monthly payment would be lower as well so it’s all for the better. I asked him to double check and make sure. He did, and said his manager approved the numbers. I gave him my credit card and he charged it and I signed the receipt. I then told Matt that the deal was better than I expected. He joked with another associate and said it sounds like an AR problem. I then left the dealership. Four days later, i noticed that my credit card had been charged an additional $2,500.00 without my permission or authorization by Lustine. I immediately contacted Lustine’s General Manager, Mike Engle. He did absolutely nothing except question my integrity and tell me he was a Marine and that his dealership did nothing wrong. He said that if I stop payment on the charge, he would have to take back the vehicle, because that what we originally agreed to. I then asked him for a receipt of the $2,500.00 transaction and who authorized the charge. It’s been over a week and he has ignored my requests. The vehicle is great , however the fact is, Lustine Jeep of Woodbridge, charged my credit card without my permission, authorization or even knowledge. This could have easily been resolved with a phone call from the dealership prior to making any charges but they tried to sneak around the issue without my knowledge and then refused to address the issue properly once I contracted them. I truly believe that Matt Lepage and Mike Engle are nothing but ignorant sales people who are only out to get over on whoever they need to, to make a sale. I would not recommend Lustine Jeep of Woodbridge to anyone as long as those two are in a management positions there. If this issue get resolved, I will update this review, but my opinion will stay the same… More

After coming by this dealership a lot. I feel ripped off this dealership sells used cars and adds reconditioning fees to their used cars. That wouldn't of been a problem if the price for the reconditioning this dealership sells used cars and adds reconditioning fees to their used cars. That wouldn't of been a problem if the price for the reconditioning fee did not change for every car. They told me "the price of the reconditioning fee is to fix any issues with the car and to clean it up". So after buying the car and paying that I fee I see that the car still has juice spilled on the console the trunk had some gross content in the corner and the car had some spots of rust in the paint. What is the the point of me paying a reconditioning fee if you are not going to fix all the problems with the car. If I could I would return the car and ask for my money back. More

Well, its kind of love story. I went there to help my friends getting new car. I had an AUDI A6 2006 in GREAT shape, and i didnt think I'll find anything better. I start looking for a car for my friend but then I talked with "MIKE" the manager and he offered me a great deal "for me" its maybe sound crazy for the others :) the offer is to trade my AUDI 2006/78000 Mile with a Hyundai Genesis 2011/15000 Miles with LIVE WARRENTY and manufacturer warranty for another 19000 Miles... well its sound great and its. Let me tell you about the ppl there... "Darlene Breeden" I love to call her "Darling Brand new" lol, she is Awsome lady with funny character and she is the type of person you love to hung out with as friend NOT just deal with her in "Dealership". "Mike" or the "big boss" he is the manager but you can feel his humorous soul.. I now mybe you dont like a "smoker guy" but I do smoke so we smoked togother and descuss the deal even out side the desk inviroment with more friendly way and he gave me "Great offer with AMAZING extra care". "John Robinson" he is the sales professional..he is ready to answer any qustion and also advice you whats fit your needs and budget... he take care deleviring my (LOVELY GENESIS" with full gas tank and clean in and out body. as a result... during my car shoping experance.. I recently purchased a Jeep Wrangler from Lustine. I initially submitted an online price inquiry through Lustine's website. Melissa also took the time to introduce me to one of her coworkers (Matt) in the event she was not there when I arrived for my test drive. When I arrived at Lustine, Melissa was busy with another customer, but she took the time to make sure I was assisted by another one of her coworkers (Phil). After test driving a vehicle, I asked to receive a quote on the purchase of a specific vehicle and also requested a quote for my trade-in. I appreciated Lustine's very fair, no-haggle approach (this was not the same experience I had at other dealerships such as Koon's). The offer I received was more than fair and Darlene Breeden took the additional time to find out the additional cost of adding a navigation system to the vehicle that I wished to purchase. Once we agreed on a price, Darlene walked me through some additional service options and turned me over to finance. The individuals working in finance were equally helpful and professional. Overall this was a great experience and took a lot of the pain out of the car buying process. I look forward to doing business with Lustine in the future. More
We bought a new 2010 Jeep Liberty Renegade in January of 2011. Over the VERY hot weekend when it was 106 degrees, our AC started to blow only hot air. We drove to Lustine to find out what the problem was. We did not have an appointment, but Jennifer Bartley was able to help us out and have a tech look at the AC. The tech found that the low pressure had a leak. Jennifer informed us of this and let us know that they had to order the part. She also informed us that they normally drain all the fluid out, but because the weather was so hot they recharged the AC for us. Jennifer did tell us that it was under warranty. Jennifer and the tech had us in and out in about 30-40 minutes. Any time I have dealt with Jennifer, she has been very informative and pleaseant. She has very good customer service skills. It is very nice to be able to take your car in for service and know that you are going to get GREAT customer service and an explanation of what is wrong with the car and what they need to do to fix it.
