My experience was so bad here that I almost walked out when signing the paperwork. Upon my return to get an oil change I was greeted with horrible customer service and a 1.5 hour wait. I generally don't trust dealerships, but I was blown away at how willing to go out of their way they were to help me on a Sunday, with a brand new jeep as a free loaner, a huge discount on the work on my jeep (WAY out of warranty) and immediate quick service on a day when the service dept wasn't even open.
