We went to his office and discussed the vehicle and the cost in detail. We filled out forms and he took care of my trade in. He got everything completed fairly quickly and he went to see the finance officer. He explained the paperwork and took care of it quickly. Buying a new car is not an in and out in minutes operation. It always takes some time but we felt that everything was moving toward the completion at all times. I came in with a specific truck in mind but was told it was already gone and we were prepared for that because we had a couple in mind. Herb showed us the others and a choice was made. In so doing, she represented the dealership well. She is definitely a NOT a "not my job" sort.
