My salesperson Donnie was very friendly and listened to what I wanted in a the dodge dart. He even searched the lot multiple times to find the color car i wanted. Donnie explained some of the features to me and how to work them for my test drive. I went on the test drive and instantly fell in love with the car. When i came back Donnie asked me i how i liked the car i told him i loved the car. He then took me to see Sarah who then presented with 2 deals. One that she thought would fit my budget better and the one for the car that i had fell in love with. After some reasoning on both sides she said she could tell that i was in love with the one car and that i should get the car i wanted. Donnie then came and presented me the keys to my new car, once all the papers had been signed. During my time with Sarah Donnie came in multiple times and talked to me. I felt very comfortable and they were both extremely friendly. Once i got the keys Donnie presented me with the car and then showed me how to work it. I was extremely grateful for that because i would have been lost trying to figure out how to work most of it. I was sold a vehicle that may have been previously sold to someone else as information was already uploaded on the vehicle hard drive(Bluetooth) and a service account for my VIN already existed under a different name and damage was discovered on the bumper. Poor customer service from this dealership, except for the service department who have always acted in a professional manner. I wish I could say the same for the management at the top. More
