WHILE HAVING 2011 DURANGO SERVICED TODAY I INQUIRED ABOUT A SOLICITATION RECEIVED FROM LUSTINE ABOUT LOWERING PAYMENTS. MRS. BYRD EXPLAINED PROCESS TO ME AND MR. LANCASTER SHOWED ME A 2013 DURANGO RT THAT I A SOLICITATION RECEIVED FROM LUSTINE ABOUT LOWERING PAYMENTS. MRS. BYRD EXPLAINED PROCESS TO ME AND MR. LANCASTER SHOWED ME A 2013 DURANGO RT THAT I HAVE BEEN EYEING FOR QUITE SOME TIME (DONNIE SOLD MY 2011 TO ME). MRS. BYRD AND MR LANCASATER AND THE YOUNG LADY WHO ASSISTED WITH THE AUTO PROTECTION COVERAGE (SORRY, FORGOT NAME) WERE VERY EFFICIENT IN PROCESSING THE TRANSACTION AS I HAD TO WORK TODAY. I DIDN'T HAVE INTENTIONS OF PURCHASING A NEW VEHICLE TODAY, BUT THE AFOREMENTIONED PERSONS MADE IT AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE. MRS BYRD WAS ADAMANT SHE COULD GET ME THE DEAL I WANTED AND SHE DELIVERED. ANOTHER SALES REP WAS GOING TO SHOW ME THE NEW VEHICLE BUT ONCE I SAW DONNIE IN THE BUILDING I POINTED AT HIM AND SAID "IM WORKING WITH HIM, THATS MY MAN". Moses was a great help with getting the vehicle I wanted. And when they did not have the car I wanted on the lot, they got me the vehicle I wanted with so much more than I asked. He was not pushy as most salespeople usually are and he made the whole process painless. They helped me finance my new vehicle more than my bank was willing to offer. Over all the experience was painless and was there no more than 4 hours. All in all, Moses and Lustine have earned a client for life. More

However, Tony Mack was the salesman that assisted me. He was very patient and not pushy at all. I appreciate his kindness, candor and willingness to assist with all my questions and/or concerns. He wanted to make sure I was makin a well informed decision. I loved the vehical and did purchase it. Prior to me leaving Tony congratulated me on my purchase and told me that my first oil change was on him. :-) More

Once we purchased the Charger, Darlene Breeden helped us with after market goodies for the car. She too was exceptional knowledgeable and understood that we had schedules to keep and little kids to pick up. She made sure that our lives were not disrupted while we had the aftermarket extras added. Finally there is Vickie Koons, who made sure we were not forgotten in the service department. The experience as a whole and on every minor detail was exceptional. We will be back! Thanks!!!! Love my Charger! More

Moses was the main reason we decided to purchase our new 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited at Lustine last weekend. He was not pushy as most salespeople usually are and he made the whole process painless. His product knowledge was very impressive considering I rarely give compliments. We initially stopped by Lustine just to Test drive the Jeep but ended up loving it more. They had better finance options than what our credit union was offering and even encouraged us to shop for better rates if needed. I have purchased over 20 New cars and trucks in my life and by far, this was the most fun buying experience we've had. All in all, Moses and Lustine have earned a client for life. More
The service I have received at this dealership has been far from superior. I have always taken my car to a dealership because I expect them to be experts when it comes to my vehicle. Unfortunately, my ex far from superior. I have always taken my car to a dealership because I expect them to be experts when it comes to my vehicle. Unfortunately, my experience with dealership has been dreadful. A year ago the service department quoted $1900 to fix my tie end rods. After talking to the parts department (at the same dealership) I discovered that it would only cost about $400. They fixed it for the right price and I thought nothing of it. Last month I went back to have my hub and barings fixed and now they want to charge me FOR THE EXACT SAME PROBLEM!!!! Thank goodness I always keep my receipts. I'm currently awaiting a response from the manager, as to, how we will proceed. This is why I've given the rating above. More
