Salesman (Thomas Taunton) was very friendly and has spent time helping us figure out the Jeeps features even after the purchase. Ashley ( don't recall her last name) was even available on her day off to answ time helping us figure out the Jeeps features even after the purchase. Ashley ( don't recall her last name) was even available on her day off to answer questions about some options we purchased. She gives out her cell phone number and even answers it when at home and off for the day. After the sale we realized the price wasn't quite as good as we thought so I only gave an "OK" on price. It wasn't horrible, but also wasn't as great of a deal as we originally thought. More

I have purchased many vehicles and I do my homework in the beginning before I go to a dealership. I know a little bit about the advertising gimmicks and things to get you in the office to purchase. There were a few others that I had the pleasure of encountering during the process but, I apologize that I do not remember their name. Very professional staff but, Tommy's name stands out Would definitely recommend to my friends and family. I love my car!! ;) 5 Stars for Tommy and the Woodbridge dodge car lot. More

I worked with Tom from start to finish. I appreciated the fact that he was well knowledgeable of the vehicle and provided excellent service to me and my family. Thomas was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicles. He made several trips to make sure we found the vehicle for us, and stood by during the entire sales process. I bought a used car from Lustine and it was the worst car buying experience I have ever had. Here are some things I experienced with Lustine. 1. They advertized a low price just to get me in the door. The buying experience I have ever had. Here are some things I experienced with Lustine. 1. They advertized a low price just to get me in the door. They then tacked on additional fees that made the price much higher. 2. Although I declined the warranty the tacked it on the sale as well. 3. They lied about the condition of the vehicle (they claimed the vehicle had not been wreck when indeed it had). 4. I called numerous times and left several messages all of which where never returned. 5. They gave me the run-around about finding a solution to the issue and went back on their word repeatedly. 6. When I tried contacting their upper management they were equally as unhelpful. 7. By the time the paid off the loan for my trade in I had already had to make two additional payments on it. They told me that they would send a check for that amount and it also states that they have to do so in the Payoff Authorization Document. It has been two months and I still haven't received that check. Lustine's General Manager, Mike Engle will respond to the poor reviews by blaming the customer or denying that there were any issues with the vehicle or the deal. If you buy from Lustine I can assure you that you will soon look back and wish you had listened to the poor reviews and taken your business elsewhere. I have tried to post my review on as many forums as possible. Even if I save only one person from going through what I have gone through then it is worth my time. Unfortunately, for us "little people" the consumers the only way to get anywhere in cases like this would be to get a lawyer and that is assuming you can afford one. I hope this has helped. More

I have rated Thomas with all 5's due to his professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to help me choose the right vehicle. I had spoken with Thomas via e-mail prior to coming into the deal professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to help me choose the right vehicle. I had spoken with Thomas via e-mail prior to coming into the dealership where he was able to answer all of my initial questions. Upon greeting me he was extremely friendly and already had the vehicle we had discussed prepared and ready to be viewed/test driven. Thomas was able to answer all of my questions, as well as helped me to get the best deal on the vehicle that was right for me. I would highly recommend any who comes to this dealership to work with Thomas. More

Thomas Taunton was great to work with. He was honest, up front, and straight to the point. I would work with him again and suggest him to others. He took his time with me and I didn't feel like he was pushi front, and straight to the point. I would work with him again and suggest him to others. He took his time with me and I didn't feel like he was pushing me towards something that would not suit my needs. The only downside so far of working with Lustine is how long it took to get my license plates - almost two months. The loan process was also a little confusing. More
