GAP insurance is optional and he said could not take any of the charges out.!. Sales person was very good. just need a replacement on the Finance and Manager, need better customer service..!!! I AM BASICALLY STUCK WITH THE AMOUNT THEY WANTED TO ADD ME EXTRA..!! I am very happy with my JEEP but I was ROBBED. IMAGING been told from the "General Manager" You should know everything..!! if you are going to buy a car..! come on. I am a first time buyer, YOU Should train better your employees and have them go item by item. I hope the owner read this and he could do something about it.! More
