I went to the lot met up with a very nice and helpful man named Basil - he is seriously the best. I told him the specific Jeep I wanted to test drive and he took me right to it and we left and went on our test drive. After the test drive we go to sit down to discuss buying the car. Basil was good enough to work with, but then he brought in someone else (I'm assuming someone above him to try and get the deal done). This man was not pleasant to work with at all, made me feel as though since I was a woman he was trying to get something over on me. I was also wanting to trade in my car, so we sat and I finally got the deal I wanted and was pleased enough to walk out with the car. My biggest issue with this dealership is their terrible customer service. I had never bought a car before so after I got it home I obviously had questions. I spent over a week trying to contact one of the finance people who had helped me, emailed - called - left messages and none of them were returned. Almost like I was being ignored. It took me forever to finally get a hold of someone who could answer my questions. A few weeks later my temp tags were about to expire, talk about another nightmare. I called the dealership and they suggest I come in to get new temp tags. I show up and I get asked what is taking so long for them to come in (like I would know I don't work there). So they print those off and put new ones on, just to be called the next day saying I should come in and get my tags because they had shown up - no, you can ship them to me. 3 Months Later - I have a chip in my windshield, which I was warned may happen. It has now turned into about a 2 foot crack. As I am a new car owner I wanted to get more information/clarification on the extra warranty and coverage I pay for every month to see if anything I had covered it. I figured while I do my scheduled maintenance they can take a look at the windshield and tell me what needs to be done. It took me an hour to get a hold of someone to schedule the appointment. That young lady informed me I needed to speak to someone in the service department - easy enough right? Absolutely not, she could not get a hold of anyone at the time. I spent the next couple of hours after that trying to get a hold of someone at the service department. Finally I got a hold of someone and he informed me that they do not replace windows there - fair enough. He was not able to give me any information on what I had purchased with my car so I needed to call the sales/finance department. Lets just say I have yet to get a hold of someone in either of those departments. I was not able to get clarification on what it was I had purchased. So we sat through the paperwork I had brought home and tried to figure it out. No help from them what-so-ever. The receptionist even took a message. A day later and still no phone call. More
Horrible Experience This was a horrible buying experience. Prior to purchasing our Jeep, our Sales person and the Sales manager stated that, since we are MD residents purchasing from VA, they will assure us that the Jeep would pass inspection, if not they would make any necessary repairs so that we could pass Maryland. Well it didn't pass. A few minor repairs, an alignment and a additional $200,00 bearing issue. We brought the Jeep back for them to look at it. And the sales manager refused to fix the car. He said that he didn't trust our inspection place. And that he was not paying for it. Mind you, this inspection location is highly recommended. I am a business owner and would NEVER talk to a customer the way that he spoke with me. I don't understand how he has that position. After purchasing the car, the sales person won't return my calls. I even suggested meeting in the middle. I would pay half. He wouldn't do that. Jessie was a life save, he saw what happened and at least had his team do the alignment. I still paid the $300.00. I was planing on trading my Ram 1500 in for a 2017. I won't be doing it there. This was the worse business interaction that I have ever experienced. PERIOD!!!!!!!! More
Salesperson's Pushy Behavior on Phone Kept Me Away TruCar certified "Ike" called me to tell me he was too busy selling cars to talk to me and would have to call me back. He then said that the 2015 car TruCar certified "Ike" called me to tell me he was too busy selling cars to talk to me and would have to call me back. He then said that the 2015 car I was interested in was just out for a test-drive and might be gone should I not come immediately. When I said I doubted that a car that's been on the lot for more than a year would sell the moment I showed interest in it he cut the conversation short, citing that another customer needed his help finalizing a sale. What followed was a barrage of e-mails imploring me to select at least a half dozen alternate stock-numbers as they had 35 salespeople and moved hundreds of cars a month. In the meantime I spoke with other dealerships and bought a car elsewhere. More e-mails followed, including several with "Ike" masquerading as "Matt LePage." Sure, Lustine seemed to have the exact car I wanted, down to the color, which I didn't find elsewhere, but I was not going to be pressured like that. You lost a sale that way. More
Refused to honor a written agreement. I will break this down into steps so it is simpler to understand. 1. Went to dealership and test drove a Jeep that I was interested in with Robert as I will break this down into steps so it is simpler to understand. 1. Went to dealership and test drove a Jeep that I was interested in with Robert assisting me (not the exact specs that I wanted, but close enough to test) and mentioned that I was trading in a vehicle. 2. I had to pick up my son, so I left with Roberts card. 3. Decided that the Jeep I drove could work for my application and contacted Robert with an offer. 4. Robert cleared the offer with management and gave verification of my price and inquired when I was available to come pick it up. 5. Coordinated a day and time and mentioned a few issues that I noticed I wanted fixed. Also informed Robert that I was pre-approved for the loan. 6. Contacted Robert to inform him that I was en route to do the paperwork and pick up the Jeep. 7. Arrived to find that the vehicle had not been prepped and none of the issues had been acknowledged. 8. Shrugged that off and went inside to complete the paperwork. 9. Handed off my car for appraisal. 10. Since there was already an agreed upon price (the only reason I came to the dealership) I assumed we would begin paperwork. 11. Robert comes back with "good news" that they could meet my previous offer for my trade in and showed me an "out the door" price approximately $9,000 more than what I was quoted. 12. I inquired what was going on since we had already agreed on a price. 13. Robert then left and came back with David who proceeded to insult me with that ridiculous offer and claiming that the agreed upon price (that I had vetted through two other dealers) was "impossible".. 14. I reminded David that the price for the Jeep was already agreed upon and he said "hold on" and left. 15. Then he returned saying that he could give me $13,000 for my trade and then insulted me again with a ridiculous price for the Jeep. 16. I then reminded him again, that the Jeep price was already agreed upon, which visibly upset him and he continued to insult me saying that it was "impossible" and "don't you know what the MSRP is" and berating me that the AGREED UPON price was impossible (even though several other dealers in the greater area have several models advertised for the same amount off MSRP). 17. At this point, I tired of the insult and requested the keys to my car (which he kept in his pocket so I couldn't leave). 18. On the way out I inquired of Robert what happened. He stated that the price had been agreed upon before and he wasn't really sure what was going on. 19. I departed the dealership. Notes: First, the Jeep that I was going to pick up has been on the lot for over 200 days. They should've been ecstatic to have someone take it off of their hands for a fair price. Second, the brand new Jeep hand all of the rear bolts missing off of the front skid plate and the carpet was separating in several places from the molding. Third, and probably most important, is that David was so busy insulting me and trying to rip me off that he failed to realize that the advertised price of the Jeep was much lower than the price he was trying to shove down my throat. If he would've known his own dealerships advertised numbers he would've realized that we were in a reasonable ballpark to negotiate to the number that I came in the door with. It's a shame, because up until that moment I had never had any issues with Lustine and I was looking forward to doing business with them, to include accessories and services. Moral: Stay away. The countless bad reviews are there for a reason. More

Very kind and considerate, helpful, knowledgeable of not only the market but of what it was I was looking for. Could not have asked for anyone better. And Azmi Sabah in finance was very helpful on that end of the sale. My first truck was a dodge and after 13 years of having Nissan, I remember how much and the reason why I love dodge. Thank you again Diana and Azmi, hope to work with you both again in the future More
Worst leasing experience by all standards! In fact, I told the salesperson about another dealership that had the exact configuration I was looking for. Anyway, once I got back to his dealership, he suggested he could get the car from the other dealership I told him about with no extra charge. I agreed but the salesperson kept on providing incorrect pricing information. He looked at my credit score and mocked me for trying to lease a car with that score. I was about to leave at that point, so he called his manager. The manager used pressure tactics, and made me sign on a window sticker that was not binding. They held me hostage for six hours and repeatedly refused to disclose if I was legally bound to wait for the car to be brought before signing the agreement since I realized it was not a good deal. The salesperson was offensive, combative, and kept on saying that he was "hangry". Their staff did not care to introduce themselves, brought a dusty car late at night and did not care to clean it up. After six weeks, they called my supervisor at my workplace to inform him that my license plate was ready instead of contacting me directly. In addition, they mailed my license plate to the wrong address causing unnecessary delay and trouble. These are some of the major issues I encountered, and by far the worst car buying experience. They are definitely not getting my business once this lease is over. More

Customer service needs to be just that, I think individuals at this dealership need to reevaluate the way they approach/interact with a customer as well as utilize the tools given more effectively. A customer shouldn't come in and feel like they weren't listened to when they presented all that they wanted from the beginning. A huge thank you to Anthony for working to try and make this trade-in as seamless as possible. He was enthusiastic from the first time we spoke on the phone and continued to his services until the deal was done. There were a few bumps in the road but those there were completely out of his control. He listened, comprehended, and stayed on point. If you want a professional and courteous Salesman he's your guy! I bought a used 2013 vehicle in 2015..I should've realized the first red flag when they are supposed to clean the vehicle after you purchase before you drive off the lot, the car was still dirty. It looked like they didn't even bother to wipe it down. When we first looked at the vehicle, we also voiced concern that the tires looked pretty worn in. The dealer told us "if anything needs to be replaced within 6 months it would have been replaced during reconditioning." They charge you a "reconditioning fee" FYI Not even a month after I purchased the vehicle I had to replace my tires because a chunk came out of the wall. 6 months after purchasing, it was time to get the oil changed. I called on multiple days at multiple times and could never get through to schedule an oil change. I would either get hung up on or would be on hold for over 45 min without getting through to anyone. Lastly, my electronics started going out. I took it to their service department who told me they could not fix it and recommended I take it to the Chevy dealer to get fixed. They fixed the issue but also informed me that there was a block in one of the ducts that caused the wires to become corroded (also informed me it was like this before I purchased it). I attempted to speak with the GM and he does not follow through with what he says he would do (such as call when he says he will). The managers also are no where near on the same page. I spoke with a manager prior to the GM and when I did finally speak with him he had no idea what my complaint was regarding. They have no regard to what customer service is. I purchased through the USAA car buying service because I have always trusted USAA. But heed my warning, look at the reviews even if you're looking at a site you trust. Looking at reviews in the last 4 months appear other people are having the same issues. Take your business elsewhere to a business who actually can fulfill what it means to have good customer service. More
Great buying experience and price Got a great deal on the purchase of two cars. Josh did a good job figuring out what we were looking for and finding the right car. Got a great deal on the purchase of two cars. Josh did a good job figuring out what we were looking for and finding the right car. More
