Screwed a service member My husband made a huge mistake coming here. He was curious about getting out of a lease into a Ram. And being how they hate saying no, they upped the price of a base model Ram to about 44k. And then after add ons He drove a 32k truck priced at 60k. So yes He got screwed and don't bother trying to contact the GM. He's about as worthless of a POA as they come. He has tried getting out of it thru other dealerships and every GM has been more than nice to talk to me. Unfortunately He can't walk away from it. And the minute He tells other dealers and GM'S where I got it they shake their head and say I'm sorry. He tried contacting the sales lady who sold it to me and all she can say is I'm sorry. But pressed that I go to her dealership to work it out. He used to love Ram, sad to say he now hates Ram. And noticing that the GM has the same response to all of these reviews saying to call him directly. That's xxxxxxxx, He has called you 6 times, emailed your work email and even found you on facebook messenger. If you read this then you let me know when and what time I can call if you really want to help. Otherwise go hide under your desk. This is my husband account and I am his wife speaking on his behalf. We are torn and heartbroken from this situation. We just want to walk away from this mistake as much as possible. Jason, if you have a heart or soul you will buy this truck back for what we owe. WARNING: DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP I purchased a car on August 21, 3016 and as of October 27th still have not paid off trade in. My credit score is 763 and this dealership was the absolutely the most unprofessional and lazy people. Lustine just mailed the payoff on October 26 supposedly but could take up to 3 weeks to verify. I had to contact the finance company of the new care to get any information about the loan status since the dealership kept saying that they needed more information after loan was finalized, ive contacted a lawyer to have this issue resolved and their mistake taken off my credit. When they brought the car to me after the "detailing" I discovered all the paper and plastic stuffed in the console and still have stickers that say remove before delivery to customer on windows. The car has an exhaust smell inside the car and the service department said its normal. First new car that smells horrible. Had to take to another dealership to get the problem corrected. More

When I tried to explain to him, he said their is nothing to talk about. We cant agree on the price, so we don't have a deal. Every person will give u different prices at this dealership. Not sure how Matt is running this kind of scam and having sales people work for him who lie and then he changes the price. More

So after a week had passed by I called in to see if they could what was making the noise in my engine, and they tell me that they are still looking for it, I had also asked them if they had fixed my brakes and rotors, and they tell me that they had already put on the new brakes and rotors for my vehicle. So at this point everything seemed ok. So after another two weeks pass by I decide to give them another call, and they still couldn't find out what was wrong with my vehicle, at his point I'm kinda getting worried about everything all together but I still let them (supposedly) work on my car. So I decided to wait another week, and at this point a month had passed by I called them again to see if they had any answers on the problem of my vehicle, Vicki (the lady that answered the phone) tells me that while they were trying to take my wheel off to change the rotors, (the same rotors that they had told me that they had replaced a month ago) I needed new bolts and that it would cost me an additional $300. At this point I had to get away from them, they lied and nothing got done. More
