Fair enough-ish.. For some reason I've always struggled when taking my car in for service. But the second time was a nightmare. I was scheduled for the wrong day. My ve For some reason I've always struggled when taking my car in for service. But the second time was a nightmare. I was scheduled for the wrong day. My vehicle was kept for a month, after I was told that it would take a week, because of a back order on a part causing my airbag light to go off. I struggled to get an extension on the loaner vehicle and had to deal with a case manager at Chrysler to even get an extension. Furthermore, I had to drive from MD (where I currently reside) to VA to exchange the loaner for a rental, and guess what? THEY LET ME KEEP THE SAME CAR I WAS ALREADY IN! Yes, I drove from MD to VA for them to just let me keep the car I was already in. No papers to sign, no ID check, no credit card. ( everything was already in the system from when I took out the loaner). After 3 weeks my car was "ready for pick up" ; I pick up my vehicle and the airbag light goes off!!! No one was able to verify that my issue was not solved, even after being called and told that my car was ready. I had to leave my car in for another week, while another part was ordered. Unfortunately, this place is not diligent at all, and its communication and logistics are far worse than suspected. More

Navigation System not Working -- Service Rep Braynt Jones 2014 Ram 1500 Add on: Navigation System Backup Camera Trailer Brake It is extremely rare for me to write reviews but my experience with Lustin 2014 Ram 1500 Add on: Navigation System Backup Camera Trailer Brake It is extremely rare for me to write reviews but my experience with Lustine Chrysler Dodge Jeep Service department is by far the best experience I have ever had trouble shooting a problem. I took my truck in because the Navigation System was not working, Bryant got me in as soon as I arrived and had the technician to start trouble shooting the problem. Bryant came back to me about an 1 hour later and told that they think it was the radio unit needed to be replaced. So they put one on order and sent me home. Bryant kept me updated constantly of the status of the order. The radio came in and we scheduled a time for me to drop my vehicle off and they got me a rental for the day. Couple days later Bryant called and said that my truck was ready. I picked up the truck and on the way home tried the Nav System it was still was not working. So I turned around and went back to the the dealership, Bryant was very remorseful and apologetic and ensured me that we would get to the bottom of it. It was the holidays so I decided to schedule another time to drop my truck off after the holidays. I dropped the truck off and got another rental car for about a week, they replaced the Navigation antenna and that didn't work. The only other thing to do was replace the radio again. But in order to do that the Chrysler Regional Technician would need to validate the issue. So they had to schedule a time to bring the truck back to when the regional technician was there. Bryant kept me informed weekly while we waited for the Regional Tech to be available. Finally, got a call from Bryant and we set a time for me to drop the truck off again. The Service Manager wanted me to drop it off a day early so that he could come familiar with the issue. During his evaluation he found that when the Back-up Camera was disconnected that the Nav System worked fine. So they called Lustine Toyota, right next door, to schedule a time for the technician who installs all the after market back up cameras, unfortunately the technician was on vacation. They put me in contact with the Lustine Toyota Server Lane Manager Thomas Ramey to schedule a time for me to have the technician who installed the Backup Camera. All in all Bryant kept me well informed of the status of everything that been going on with my truck. He truly wants his customers to happy with their service. I would highly recommend this service department. More

He showed me respect and never once pressured me at all. I didn’t buy the first day because I wanted to look around at my options. Every other dealership I went to was horrible and I felt they were trying to take advantage of me. I went back to see Todd because he was so easy to work with and he really knows how to treat women buying a car. He showed me a couple other cars and I found the one I just absolutely fell in love with. He worked me out a great deal and showed me other vehicles in the area like the one I was interested in and their pricing. The information he gave me made it so easy to know I was getting not a good deal but a great deal. I even went home after I bought the car and looked around on the internet to make sure I didn’t get ripped off, I was just double checking. Todd absolutely gave me the best deal in town without a doubt! I checked lol! Todd Carlson is the best and I know I found an honest sales person. Please go see him, you will not be dissappointed. As soon as I got out of my car I looked around for a Sales rep and found a blessing (Tod Carlson) he had the exact Jeep latitude I wanted and thought me more about the truck. He was great when it came to the test drive taking me not on a short route, but around some real world driving. When it came to the negotiations he was great at getting me what I needed for my trade and all the available rebates on the truck. I personally give him salesman of the year. More

What a great experience from Nino Sam our salesman to Azmi Sabah our Finance We purchased a 2018 Jeep Cherokee at Lustine in Woodbridge,VA yesterday. What a great experience from Nino Sam our salesman to Azmi Sabah our Finance Manager to Dan Kahn Lustine’s General Manager. What can easily be a stressful experience was a very positive and rewarding experience. Sam was very knowledgeable and personable; no sales pressure in the least. He quickly understood our needs and helped narrow down our selection. I highly recommend looking for Sam to help find the right car for you. While negotiating our price, Doug from the Service Department came over to say hi to us. We bought our 2015 Durango from Doug when he was in sales. Azmi was very helpful and efficient in developing and finalizing our finances. Azmi was also very personable and treated my wife and me with understanding and respect. Actually treated us like family, I guess since this was our 4th car we purchased from Lustine. Azmi introduced us to Dan the General Manager who thanked us for our loyalty. Dan also offered a credit to update our GPS on our Durango. What a nice surprise. I could go on about our great experience, but will close with my highest recommendation for the Lustine Team. More
