Great Service on a Saturday ! I did not have an appointment. Doug answered my call about what I thought would be a need for a rental car (warranty repair). He explained everything well and calmly that we first needed to get to the diagnosis stage. Once they took my vehicle in, he offered shuttle service to my home in Woodbridge. I have never heard of such an option. Long story short, he updated me about an hour later that the Check Engine light was a software update that was needed. Happy customer.
