This place SUCKS I have bought 2 vehicles from this dealer but will never ever return again. My 2014 Jeep turns out to be defective when only after 35000 miles in th I have bought 2 vehicles from this dealer but will never ever return again. My 2014 Jeep turns out to be defective when only after 35000 miles in the car they have to replace throttle system, starter etc - I kept saying there is problem with this vehicle but no-one believed me - today picking up my vehicle from service I was not upfront with all the charges associated with the car. Not even they called to see if I will let them do additional repairs which I declined did they tell me about some of the other fees tacked on the service - I requested them to do a coolant flush which by the way is overpriced - I did mentioned and asked them to look into a whining noise but I was not told there is a fee associated with it. The finance guy I had is a complete liar and con artist. It was almost entertaining to watch because they try to get over on you. Trust the reviews! You'll wish you did. Biggest Dealership Service Mistake? Check Lustine Chrysler Mr. Sita, where did you find a Manager like Mr. T. Ramey and a Service Advisor like Mr. S. Colleton? This proactive, reliable, client oriented, proble Mr. Sita, where did you find a Manager like Mr. T. Ramey and a Service Advisor like Mr. S. Colleton? This proactive, reliable, client oriented, problem solving duo respected and approached every one of my vehicle concerns with care and a personal touch that I myself take pride in. Finally, a team and management that practice and preach that customer service sets great businesses apart from the rest (not worth mentioning). True Customer Service From the Service Advisor to Manager I made an appointment to get my oil changed; in addition to a full vehicle check after returning from a work-related road trip. After arriving an hour earlier for my appointment, Mr. Colleton came in earlier than my scheduled appointment time and ensured that I quickly checked in my vehicle and received a courtesy ride to my destination. Approximately 45 minutes later, during the Grand Cherokee’s diesel oil change, Mr. Colleton stated oil was found in my coolant reservoir. Mr. Colleton also indicated that the problem was definitely the Oil Cooler and the extent of repair needed to be evaluated by a Diesel Specialist, Rudy. Mr. Colleton assured me that he wanted to have someone that dealt with Diesel engines to handle the vehicle because he knew that it was different from the standard vehicles that came in. (Someone that cares like I do about my vehicle). Within 15 minutes, Mr. Colleton explained the issue, coordinated with Mr. Ramey on how to proceed, and established that the repair was covered by the powertrain warranty. The courtesy van was sent to my destination and I was out the door with a rental within 15 minutes. A total of 1 hour and 15 minutes!.....Yes…. I call that efficiency and being proactive to a client’s needs. In dealing with Mr. Ramey and Mr. Colleton, I see personally that customers are the reason they perform the way they do. During my requests to check the Radiator, EGR, Turbo due to the coolant contamination with the oil, Mr. Colleton happily responded to all my needs and wants. He even went further to speak with Chrysler (to an employee by the name of Calvin) to ensure that parts that got contaminated like the Coolant reservoir was a part of the warranty due to a warrantied part affecting another. This is my second time dealing with Mr. Colleton and Mr. Ramey and I can tell each and every one reading this that their good customer service experience can turn you from a one-time customer into a lifelong repeat customer. Mr. Sita, you choose well to have Mr. Ramey lead this office, and Mr. Ramey choose well in recommending that Mr. Colleton move to Lustine. They are the reason that I feel obligated to share my good experiences. Their excellent customer service will turn into positive word of mouth and I hope this lengthy review explains why I will be back for my future service and upcoming diesel emissions recall. Thinking Beyond the Initial Service Mr. Colleton foresaw my concerns and knew how much I care about have a reliable and safe vehicle. His customer service came into play long before any problems or issues arose. He anticipate service issues that may occur, and actually recommended that I see Mr. Kahn for adding a service plan. Luckily, I did not require the service plan that I purchased because of Mr. Colleton recommendation but I was 300 miles away from running out of the warranty. What if drove for another 300 miles before coming in for that oil change that luckily saved me several bucks, if not many hours in the shop. Well, Mr. Colleton saw beyond my initial reason for seeing him the first time and made sure that I knew what would contribute to my safety and a dependable vehicle. Secondly, he does bulls*** an answer when he doesn’t know the answer, he asks an expert like Rudy that has dealt with Diesel’s and gets back to me ASAP. He makes himself available to answer questions and help lead me to the products or services that best fit my needs (I got to two rear tires by the way). Mr. Colleton’s excellent customer service starts with the business owner (Sita) and manager (Ramey), but most of all involves how Ramey manages all of the employees in this service shop. I don’t know what you’re doing, but when employees like Mr. Colleton is using common manners, courtesies, and ethical standards; it shows that your employees know how to handle themselves, keep a cool head, answer common questions and know who to refer more complex issues to. I pray that all your employees are empowered and motivated to provide the customer service that I have received this past visit. Above and Beyond A defective part in my vehicle may be the result of a manufacturing issue outside of Lustine’s control, but if the issue is something that they can improve within the dealership, Mr. Ramey attempts to find it. Rudy/AJ thank you for being knowledgeable and taking care of the one think that ensures that I can make it to work, pay my bills and travel safely with my family. Your dedication to getting the right answers, replacing a failed Oil Cooler, a Failed Radiator, a Contaminated coolant reservoir, and ensuring that my connected components like the EGR and Turbo was not affected is truly appreciated. Your ethical behavior and attention to detail makes me feel like I personally worked on my vehicle. Mr. Colleton, thank you for approaching your customers on a personal level; starting with a smile, never over promising, committing to a solution, and actually thanking me for my business. Taking an interest in whether I need to be at work or if I’m I travelling shows that you care about my safety, vehicle, and that I return as a customer. This sort of interaction has fostered a sense of loyalty to Lustine, and I am sure if you do the same to other clients, they will also be return clients. I only aim to post this because of both your service with Lustine’s dealership truly needs to be replicated to ensure clients are happy leaving their vehicles in your care and service. So if you have experience that big service mistake at other dealers, maybe you didn’t got to see right service advisor (Mr. Colleton), or dealt with the right manager (Mr. Ramey) whose led by a true leader in customer interaction (Mr. Sita). More
