Stereotypical, lying used car salesmen and SHADY managers. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! The salesmen and sales managers are your stereotypical, xxxxxxx used car salesmen who LIE and say ANYTHING you DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! The salesmen and sales managers are your stereotypical, xxxxxxx used car salesmen who LIE and say ANYTHING you want to hear to make a sale. My story is worth reading trust me. After being in contact with a salesman, Robert, I went to Lustine to test drive a 2014 Jeep Patriot. After the test drive, I told them I needed a few days to think about the purchase. The salesman Robert told me he would hold the car for me over the weekend. I texted Robert Sunday night to tell him I would come purchase the Jeep on Monday morning. 20 minutes before I was suppose to arrive at Lustine he sends me a text that says his manager sold the car over the weekend (while Robert was not working) for more money than him and I had agreed on. MOST IMPORTANT PART: After being told by Robert that his manager had sold the car after Robert told me he would "hold the car for me" and we agreed on a purchase price, I called him. He told me that his manager does this "all the time" and that he has seen him do it many times over his 6 years working there. When I originally went to Lustine, I was offered a shady option to put money down on the car until I came back to buy it. I didn't do this and now after the fact Robert told me the he has "seen his manager wire people their money back" after agreeing to a deal in order to go behind the customers back and sell that same car for more money. Robert also told me that he "was never able to actually hold the car for me" since no salesmen can do this at Lustine even though he directly said to me that he would "hold the car for me". Robert told me that this shady behavior goes on every day at Lustine and that it is "just part of the business". NEVER go to Lustine because it is salesmen and managers like them who give used car salesmen their stereotypical xxxxxxx rep. More

I had to wait longer than I wanted for the finance department to handle my paperwork; but overall I was very pleased with my experience and will go to Lustine first when I am in the market for another vehicle. The Lifetime Powertrain warranty itself is pretty impressive, but I felt the service was also top notch. Also had a good interaction with Sales manager Antonio Ferrari and the dealership made me leave thinking that they truly care about customer service. I will recommend this dealership to friends and family. More
