Great team, great price, great experience. I don’t like being forced to write more than I want to write, so this will be about it. being forced to write more than I want to write, so this will be about it. More

Ike was very professional. He was open and honest about the process and no hidden agenda. He’s very friendly and clean, and I say this b/c he sprayed and wiped down the area before and after. I was pleased the process and no hidden agenda. He’s very friendly and clean, and I say this b/c he sprayed and wiped down the area before and after. I was pleased with that especially during these times. More
I am a Wrangler owner and wanted to purchase a new Wrangler. As I tried to negotiate on the asking price to match the price offered by others as I am a Credit Union member, the Lustine sales person Ik Wrangler. As I tried to negotiate on the asking price to match the price offered by others as I am a Credit Union member, the Lustine sales person Ike Lemuwa texted me "Sorry this is too much vehicle for you". I am very offended by his comment. In my opinion, customer service is not a technical job and supposed to be the easiest job in the world for compassionate people. If Mr. Lemuwa is unfit to do the easiest job in the world then I believe, he is in Sevier need of trainings, specially the communication trainings. More
The staff here was absolutely great! Thy looked to see what dealers they could get you to make sure you got the lowest price. James was my sales rep, and was outstanding. I don't typically write negative reviews; however, I had to take a few days to cool off before writing this one. Everyone knows that this time spent at a dealership will be full of smoke and mirrors with p to take a few days to cool off before writing this one. Everyone knows that this time spent at a dealership will be full of smoke and mirrors with plenty of Tom Foolery. I was shown paperwork on a trucks I was not interested which only wasted everyone’s time. Finally, after getting the right paperwork on what we wanted, I was able to negotiate to a dollar amount I felt comfortable with BUT, they tried to sneak in a second delivery fee (destination charges). I was told, "You’re no longer paying sticker price because of all the discounts and that's why there is the destination charge." Insert smoke and mirrors, the Moroney sticker that was being used to as the starting point for the negotiated prices already had the destination charge included. Why in the world would they think adding an “aftermarket destination charge” would go unnoticed, it’s $1,695.00!!! I thought we came to an agreement and that the second one would be removed but I was wrong. The finance employee came out to start signing paperwork and it was still there. I ended up walking out after they tried to include $3K in fees. I explained I’m not paying for two delivery fees nor an Advertising fee which is paid for by the manufacture (despites what they swear on), I was also told that the Doc Fee ($899.99), “is a fee the owner charges customers for doing business with the us" ... (probably should have worded that one better [Lustine] because it sounds like me getting a vehicle from yall isn't enough that you must charge additional fees in order to make it fair for you. ) What else!? What sent me over the edge was they took my plates off my vehicle before anything was finalized! xxx! I had to wait for them to put them back on before I could leave (which is why they did it, So I wouldn't be able to). Just be careful! Don’t let them control the situation and know that what they tell you may not be factual. There are kickbacks and reimbursements from manufactures. Many of the fees being charged are as unethical as all these rebates they tell you about but yet don’t qualify for. Dealer discounts are the only thing you can rely on. Pre-qualify for a loan ahead of time. The finance office also receives kickbacks for offering loans with higher APR’s than what you may actually qualify for. Don’t let the finance office sell you a bunch of add ons either. More
