Friday the 13th—-not a horror story(!) It’s friday the 13th. I came in because i had a tire problem. I had take my mother for a medical test and my tire had gotten something in it and I d It’s friday the 13th. I came in because i had a tire problem. I had take my mother for a medical test and my tire had gotten something in it and I discovered it when we were leaving. I live on Va and took my mom n Md to this test. The drive is a little over an hour, but i was anxious to get going back home because of rush hour(s). So as i got to Chrysler all the people that could help me had gone to lunch. I came back an hour later and after a little bit asked a service advisor to help me. His name was Paul. He said they were swamped today but would see what he could do. He looked me up n the system, did a little bit of work with me, put me in the system and said a short bit later told me it would me a 1/2 hour. It was about 2 pm. By 2:45 it was done and i was back on the road. And it didn’t cost me a cent! I was relieved to have that taken care of! i cannot thank him enough for helping me on an already swamped day! More

Warranty engine replacement I took my truck in due to the engine light being on and found out it was a catastrophic engine failure. I had two different service writers at the beg I took my truck in due to the engine light being on and found out it was a catastrophic engine failure. I had two different service writers at the beginning and was frustrated with the help they provided. After a month of. Frustration I called in to follow up on the repair status and was told my second service writer was gone and Natasha had took over my repair order. Thank God! Her communication was excellent on the status of the parts, projected completion date and the loaner that was provided took a little sting out of the repair time. The service manager Scott helped out resolving a few minor issues was the truck was completed and I was very satisfied. I will say in the past, I had some issues with the service department and customer service but if upper management knows what is advantageous for the dealership they should have both aNatasha and Scott train all incoming writers in service. More
Grateful and A Pleasant Experience Natasha was quite amiable, yet very professional and knowledgeable of what was to be accomplished in my visit. As a matter of fact, when I called to Natasha was quite amiable, yet very professional and knowledgeable of what was to be accomplished in my visit. As a matter of fact, when I called to check to see if the service that was suggested on the Mopar Card that I received, she shared that it was to be done at 60,000 miles. My car was then at 65 000, and the service had not been done in connection to my transmission because the former person, Rick, had shared with me on my June visit that this service was not to be performed until my car was at 100,000 miles. I’m thankful that Natasha checked the correct manual for my 2013 snd I didn’t have to wait 35,000 more thousand miles to be told that “I should have had it done at 60,000!” Praise God for Natasha! I’m very grateful to her and to your service department for catching the mistake given to me by the tech that I saw in June. I believe his name was Rick Though I had to wait about 5? Hours, it was worth the wait. Thank you for allowing me to give feedback and thank you for your service. I’m grateful to Natasha and those who worked on my car by.
