Tia was very nice. She was knowledgeable. She changed my oil. However, I got my tire rotation done a couple of days later at Firestone. The folks at Firestone showe She was knowledgeable. I found that weird. Why would they do that? Should I have Tia look at my oil filter, or were the Firestone people just trying to sell me something else? More
