Have new Ram truck, had warranty issues.. e-mailed service manager with problems and photos. had truck for 12 days. get truck home check repairs.... first thing that was un list WAS NOT DONE.. my truck was dirty with hand and finger prints all over it. Worse experience that I have ever had.. My next purchase will be with Adams or Tate. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. If I could give zero stars it would be there. Horrible More

I arrived your dealership at 5:00 p.m. My intent was to look at some Jeep Gr It is unfortunate that I have to write this review about your dealership. I arrived your dealership at 5:00 p.m. My intent was to look at some Jeep Grand Cherokee’s as in an effort to make a decision on a car. A salesperson met me at the door, greeted me as I walked in. I proceeded to use the restroom then I came out of the restroom and went to make myself a cup of hot chocolate. I then walked by a group of sales people engaged in a conversation to go look at the black Chrysler 300 that is on the sales floor. I stood by the car reading the specs posted on the window. I proceeded to walk around the car and also look inside the car. No one acknowledged me. I then walked by the group of sales people who seemed to be enjoying their conversation and seemed really relaxed to go behind them to look at the black Jeep Grand Cherokee in the show room. I looked inside, and tried to open the front door but it wouldn’t open. I walked around and looked through the trunk window then went to the passenger side. I managed to open the back door and was able to look inside the back. I then opened the passenger side and sat in the front seat looking at the features. At this time a sales person walked passed the ar and went towards an office, as he joked around with one of his colleagues. He then walked back as his colleague walked into the office. He walked right by the car I was sitting in with his head down. This time I was sitting in the driver’s seat. I was able to get into the driver’s seat by opening the door as I sat in the passenger side then walk around. I sat in the car for almost 15 minutes still no one acknowledges me. I happened to be one of two customers in the show room. The other customers a couple was working with another sales person. The other sales people were huddled in one station having what seemed to be a light hearted conversation. When I got out the car, I walked by the group of sales people and no one acknowledged me. I walked out the dealership at 5:33 p.m. where I had been ignored the entire time. I sat in the car for a while to see if the group would break up, they were still huddled in their conversation, some sitting some standing and happy. There were no customers walking in and at some point what seemed like a sales people party broke up. I was appalled!!! I am looking for two cars however it seems like your dealership must be so successful that not every customer matters. How disappointing. More
2017 Ram Came in today not sure if I was going to buy new. Raymond Walford and Monty Harika took awesome care of me. Found a truck that fit all of my needs. Put up with about 8 billion questions and a real test drive (emergency braking, acceleration tests, turning tests etc.). These guys were amazing and I would highly recommend them! Daniel F. More

Service Department Horrible Been having an issue lately with my 2016 Jeep Cherokee/Overland where the air from the vents has a chemical-like smell seemingly as the auto temperatu Been having an issue lately with my 2016 Jeep Cherokee/Overland where the air from the vents has a chemical-like smell seemingly as the auto temperature system cycles from warmer air to cooler air while maintaining temperature. I went online to Ourisman and made a Saturday morning appointment and filled out text box describing the issue. When I went in for my 8am appointment, the man at the service told me they don't do diagnostics on Saturday and I'd have to wait all day to see if they can do anything. I said no, and he went to my vehicle to see if he could determine anything in a minutes time. He could not but stated they should give me an oil change based on my milage and I said OK and signed the electronic form. I waited in the waiting room until 8:45 and returned to service desk to find that my vehicle had never moved. I asked the status and he called in someone from the service garage and they said there were at least two or three vehicles ahead of mine; so much for working off of the 8 am appointment time I made. I said I would like to get my keys and go and the guy at the service desk said keys are in the car; that was the end of the conversation. As much as can be helped, I will not return to Ourisman for any service required. More

After going to several other dealerships searching for a vehicle to purchase, Raymond treated me the best. His cuatomer service was the deciding factor in returning to this dealership to purchase. He listened to my wants and needs in a vehicle with great attention to detail. He was very knowledgeable about the Jeep and how it functions. Raymond explained everything with great detail and was very professional and patient entire time. The warm welcome I received on both visits from the staff made the experience rewarding. I have more than everything I wanted in a vehicle. More
