Delivered great service and delivered my car on time! Called and then went in for my first service at Oursman Chrysler/Jeep. When I arrived, the service tech advised me that it would be at least 2 hours Called and then went in for my first service at Oursman Chrysler/Jeep. I then asked the Service Manager if he could insure me that my car would be done by Noon (12pm). The car was delivered on time with all of the service completed. More

One employee made three children waiting with their parents very happy by giving them balloons .The children were delighted! Another employee came over and turned on the TV.
