Outside of dealing with the young lady tea she was great. But the Dealership was poor had my truck for 3 weeks for 1 part. Said they had to order it then order the wrong part . Told me I needed a new batte But the Dealership was poor had my truck for 3 weeks for 1 part. Said they had to order it then order the wrong part . Told me I needed a new battery and a new battery from the Dealership is $780.00 not included installing. Battery in truck was 1 year old so I replaced it gave it to the Dealership. Took the old battery back and was told was nothing wrong with it. This Dealership is a very poor. Went to pay for my truck and was told that there was a percent charge for using my card. And they had my truck for 3 week this xxxx is crazy. Will never go to and Ourisman Dealership again just xxxx poor More
I had a great sales person named Raymond and I was buying a pre owned T4R Online. After multiple phone calls and negotiating. We agreed upon a price on Tuesday, July 16, 2024. I made a several thousand doll a pre owned T4R Online. After multiple phone calls and negotiating. We agreed upon a price on Tuesday, July 16, 2024. I made a several thousand dollar deposit. They took my personal information, my insurance and drivers license information. And the next day After multiple phone calls from me I saw them increase the price on the listing overnight instead of removing it from an online presence. No one would return my call. I asked how I could finish paying for the vehicle and make arrangements to pick it up. Finally after 10’hours and several messages (and the GSM office disconnected me) , Aaron Tucker called and reneged on the deal. He said they couldn’t honor the price they agreed to. This $800 million dealership could not honor and have integrity for a deal finalized and a deposit made in good faith, which they accepted from hard-working Out Of State single mom who found what she wanted at an affordable price. Basically, they’re saying they made agreement to sell it to me at a price that didn’t make them enough money, so now they aren’t showing integrity and refused to sell the vehicle. They accepted a deposit on it. They have a sale. We Discussed picking me up from the airport, told me how far the beaches were so that I could do some ocean visiting while I was in the area. —clearly intended to sell me the vehicle unless they’re just scraping personally identifying information to somehow using a negative manner. I’m extremely disappointed and would Just like them to show integrity honor the deal and complete the sale at the price we agreed. Its what comes out when you're squeezed that matters. Ourisman CDJR of Bowie shows no probity. Sad really, example of the haves preying on the little guy. Definitely epitomizes some rich men north of Richmond.. More
Very poor experience with this dealer and the General Manager. Pricing was "ok" but the arrogance and the attitude I received while I was at the dealer was unbelievable! They offered me one price and o Manager. Pricing was "ok" but the arrogance and the attitude I received while I was at the dealer was unbelievable! They offered me one price and of course when I got to the dealership ready to purchase, they took $2k off of my trade. The morning I showed up I noticed that they had lowered the price of the truck that I was looking at. They said they would not honor that price since I spoke with them the day before. So lower my trade and not honor the price you have your truck listed at. They did a workup sheet and added $10k worth of garbage to the price including a $5k extended warranty. I declined all of the fat they added to the price which made their attitude towards me get even worse. The extended warranty then became $995 instead of $4,995!! So they basically tried to cheat me out of $4k! I continued to decline their offers. Once we agreed on a price they put the finance guy on me and he tried to resell me all the garbage they had already put in front of me except this time the prices were MUCH higher. In fact the one package would have cost me $25K!!! I left there with just the truck. While walking out, I said thank you to the GM. He could not even look at me and just said "yup." I have never dealt with such rude behavior and arrogance while purchasing a vehicle. I would not suggest going here but if you do be ready to fight for yourself. I did find humor in the email that I received asking for nothing but 10's and 5 stars on any reviews that I might leave. I was asked to contact them to discuss if my reviews would be anything else. I replied back and told them they did not deserve good reviews and I have never heard anything in response. More

The technician are straight garbage. Every time I drop my vehicle off, at pickup it's always a problem. I tell my service writer about the problem, no action. Texted in advance of showing up to test drive a car. Arrived to find out the vehicle was trapped behind another vehicle, then turned out it had no battery, showing how well the dealership cares for its Arrived to find out the vehicle was trapped behind another vehicle, then turned out it had no battery, showing how well the dealership cares for its existing inventory. We sat around with no one helping or informing us for about 2 hours. Finally had to coax management to talk numbers with us, only to find out the offer price was $5k over what was advertised on the website (conveniently the price changed on the website within 24 hours somehow). After we arrived at a reasonable price point, we came back a few days later with intention to buy the car. This took another 3 hours because there was only one person working in the finance department. They finally elected to have another finance representative from a next door dealer come to help. This was when I learned the paperwork originally completed by the Salesperson misrepresented the actual mileage on the car by over 1500 miles. I've never met a business that was so untruthful in their pricing and mileage, and so cumbersome and resistant to accepting money. On top of this, no effort was made to compensate the massive waste of my time on either visit. More
