It took over two months to get the AC fixed in my Jeep Cherokee. When my jeep was finally done, I picked it up and noticed grease marks all over my white interior and my antenna cover was missing. My Jeep spent a lot of time on the lot waiting for service. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had from a dealership. From blatant disrespect to insane excuses, my car was never made a priority. I contacted Jeep Customer Care and they were helpful. I will not be returning to this dealership and I do not recommend this dealership for Jeep service. More

I purchased a 2023 Jeep Compass from them on Saturday what a mistake. Only one key and the blind spot monitor did not work. They agreed to deliver the vehicle after the repairs were completed. The vehicle was delivered late Saturday afternoon. I came to find out that the blind spot monitor was never repaired. Follow up calls to the dealership have been unsuccessful. More
