I went today to look at a 2013 Jeep Patriot. The price was right where I wanted to be but I still wanted to shop around at a few other dealerships. Jim Olney was a great salesman and respected that I was not quite ready to purchase. The only thing that influenced me not to purchase from oursman was after speaking to sales manager Juan Echeandia. He was very high pressure and tried to force me to purchase today. The way he spoke to me was totally unprofessional and completely turned me off to the buying process. Yelling at a customer and insulting them is no way to do business. He even cut Jim off when he was trying to make The reason I came to oursman is because I had great experiences with the service department on a previous vehicle I owned. I actually went to the two other dealerships (Heritage & Don Whites). Oursman's price was more than 500 cheaper that Don Whites and the same as Heritage. I would have preferred to purchase Oursman since I am familiar with the dealership and it was in the color I preferred (red) while Heritage only had white and blue. Had it not been for Juan Echeandia I would have came back the following day to purchase the Jeep Patriot. I work in Howard County and I used to get my vehicle serviced there because it was convenient. On February 28, I bought a '13 V-6 Challenger, and had a great sales experience. I had it for 18 days when Dave Lantz in Service called and said that there was a fire hazard recall on my new car. I to had a great sales experience. I had it for 18 days when Dave Lantz in Service called and said that there was a fire hazard recall on my new car. I took it back to the dealer and was provided with a free rental while Chrysler, Ourisman and I figured out where we went from there. As more information was known, Chrysler determined that many similar V-6 Challengers had defective battery cables when assembled and the cars could catch fire, even with the motor not running. Chrysler worked quickly with a fix and Ourisman was in the process of repairing my car, but my wife and I were very anxious about accepting the car back at our home and our garage, and frankly could not accept the idea of a probably okay repaired car, at the risk of losing our home from a car fire. We decided to work with Ourisman and Chrysler to trade the car in and buy a no-recall Challenger. Mike Lewis, the GM at Ourisman, went to bat for us with Chrysler. He located my Challenger's long lost twin sister at another dealer about 20 miles away and brought it to Ourisman. He worked a deal to trade my 18 day old car, and also worked with Chyrsler who provided financial incentives, too, to get the deal for another '13 Challenger done. Everyone involved, Chrysler, Ourisman and my wife and I addressed both sides' concerns and worked out a deal that allowed us to take home the twin Challenger, built before the recall period, at a monthly rate that was affordable, and actually still less than the '10 Challenger that I traded in February. When I bought my '10 Challenger and my first '13 Challenger, my wife and I were treated like we were something special, and we really are not, just a person in love with Challengers looking for an excellent dealer to work with, but when we ran into a bumpy road with the fire recall on the first '13 Challenger, Mike and company ratcheted the great care up another notch or three. To say that we have been impressed with Ourisman would be like saying the Ravens had a good year last year. Ourisman has been beyond outstanding. When they say that anything less than excellent is considered to be a failure, they will walk the walk and not just talk the talk. This is the Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram dealer to talk to, folks. Well done, Mike and company! More

I purchased a 2012 Dodge Ram Laramie 3500 on 30 March from John Delio. I am very happy with the deal and the truck. John was great, friendly, and knowledgeable on the truck. We were greeted very warmly by Mr. Eldridge and treated professionally from start to finish. With grandchildren with us in many instances , we wanted something roomy and entertaining for the young tykes as well as a smooth travelling van for longer trips. The entire process was handled in a friendly and positive manner. At the final meeting with Dina to complete the paperwork I was pleased to learn she and I had many things in common, and her very professional, yet friendly approach made this endeavor a great conclusion to a totally smooth process. My hat is off to Ourisman for their staff and salespeople. Although it is was my first purchase at Ourisman, I won't hesitate recommending others to pay your establishment a visit.Thank you again! I had a navigation system installed this morning and it was done in a timely manner. The wait was pleasant as they had a nice waiting area. My salesman (Berkley Ashe) came by to make sure I was happy or had any question about my new vehicle. This whole operation is exceptional. It is stress free and relaxing and the service on all sides of this operation is simpley outstanding. I recommend Ourisman with out any reservations. More

I bought my '10 Challenger SE three years ago from Ourisman Dodge and was amazed at what a pleasant experience that was. About ten days ago, Ourisman sent an email that said that it was possible that Ourisman Dodge and was amazed at what a pleasant experience that was. About ten days ago, Ourisman sent an email that said that it was possible that I could trade my three year old car for a similar new one, despite being on a five year loan, and possible match or reduce my car payment (I later learned that this was partly due to current buying incentives, the Challengers are holding their values, and my car only had 15,000 miles). I was not thinking in terms of a new Challenger right now, and in all candor, this seemed too good to be true, but Ourisman has been good to me over the years, so I followed along. Their costs for the new Challengers had some great price reductions listed on their website. I then followed how they evaluated their trades. They also asked customers to make their own offers for their cars. I am a retired insurance co automobile accident claim handler, so I new how to evaluate cars, such as from total losses. I went ahead and guestimated the cost of their new car and the value of mine in an email, and sent it to Ourisman to see if they liked my outline as far as values, and asked what the new 60-month car payment would be? They generally accepted my evalution, and then said that my new car payment would be about $65 per month less than my present car payment! Pinch me! This can't be happening! So I washed my '10 SE and went out and drove the new SXT that I bid on, and everything came together rapidly! Selling the idea of buying a new car at a reduced monthly payment at home went well, too! So, from the time I made my email offer until I took the '13 home was 48 hours. Everyone I dealt with at Ourisman, from GM, to sales mgr, to sales rep, to finance person, parts dept and shop foreman, were all excellent to work with, this time, just the same as in 2010. I wouldn't even consider going to any other Dodge dealer. This is the Chrysler dealer to talk to, folks! More
