On May 24th, I entered Ourisman's Chrysler Jeep Dodge to buy a Dodge Challenger, having no idea I would have the best purchasing experience of my life! I was greeted by Jason Kerr, who shattered all to buy a Dodge Challenger, having no idea I would have the best purchasing experience of my life! I was greeted by Jason Kerr, who shattered all of my misconceptions of how a car salesman can be. He was extremely friendly, but not in any cheesy or phony sort of way. We went for a test drive, and I felt as if I was in the Challenger with a friend who was an expert on this car. There were no pressuring or pesky questions, where you feel as though the salesperson wants to cram the sale down your throat haha. We laughed and joked while he taught and pointed out to me all the valuable details of the car. I really, really liked my entire experience with Jason and have already recommended him and the dealership to my friends. He was efficient as well, not leaving me sitting in my chair waiting. The dealership is very lucky to have him, and I felt extremely lucky to have been helped by him. The price was fair and my overall experience was amazing. My final step was with finance and I stepped into Dina Marshalek's office. As soon as I entered the room, I was approached with a genuine, warm greeting, big natural smile, and I immediately sensed that this was a woman who enjoys working with people. Amazingly, though, we began the meeting laughing and joking. I forgot for a moment that I was there to purchase a vehicle. Dina was able to work with my needs, above and beyond my expectations, making my purchase even more friendly and phenominal. I felt like I was in a dream, it was that fantastic! In addition to being so wonderful to talk with, Dina was equally professional and efficient in helping me, not having me spend all sorts of wasted time, like car dealerships are notorious for doing. I can't say enough about her. The dealership is blessed to have her on their team, and I feel blessed to have dealt with her. She rocks!!!Any future car I need, I'm buying from her and Jason. The icing on top of the icing on the cake was the choice of receiving as a promotion a courtesy 32 inch television or a Kindle. Wow! I chose the television. They were very friendly , knowledgeable, and most importantly the most honest dealer I came across price wise, they def. did not seem like the cheapest dealer at first, but that's because they don't play games like all the other dodge dealers, and i do mean all, i talked to them all. Straight forward honest from the get go. Levi, was very helpful when Jason was not available, and Dina during closing was very friendly and even helped me save a bunch of money on my payments when it came to buying options, By far this was the only time in my life i have enjoyed the closing process , and i have bought 12 cars now, so that's saying something. Ourisman's in Clarksville has earned a customer for life, and I will always tell everyone I know to go there to buy their vehicles !!! More
My wife and I took our 1996 Dodge Grand Van to have the air-condition looked at because it was not cooling - and while we were waiting, John Delio came up to us and asked if he could help us - we told him air-condition looked at because it was not cooling - and while we were waiting, John Delio came up to us and asked if he could help us - we told him our Grand Van was being checked because of our air-condition wasn't working - he said so let me show you our 2013 Grand Caravan so we said OK. Now let me say we had not talked about a new Van - just wanted our air-condition fixed and how much it would cost! - John was excellent in his presentation of the New Van, explaining its functions. He then asked if we would like to drive it - and we said yes. So we drove it as John was explaining all it could do. John did a lot of talking about wanting us to take it home with us. John was very patient and very persuasive - he said let me give you some figure's and what we can do for you and we said OK - my wife kept saying but I love my Van. She liked the color White and the dealership didn't have a White one, but after driving the only Van with all the extras this Van had - as I said before we didn't not come to buy a new vehicle - but because of John's selling abilities - what can I say except if John wasn't such a great sale man!!! We would still have our 1996 Van. John is very likeable young man. I might said John Delio is our friend and we trust him completely, and looking forward in seeing him whenever we stop by the dealership for service. We had an appointment with a salesman at this dealership. When we arrived he was busy with another customer. While waiting we looked around the lot for about an hour before we were able to talk to another When we arrived he was busy with another customer. While waiting we looked around the lot for about an hour before we were able to talk to another salesman. During that time we did find a car we liked and it was just a matter of making a deal. While negotiating the deal it was the typical back and forth with the salesman and his manager. We agreed on price and financing but then it took a very long time to get in to see the finance officer and do the paperwork. I don't know if the customer before us was having finance issues. Closing the deal could have been more timely since for us it was basically sign and drive after agreeing on price. More
