Over a the past year or so I have been looking for a new vehicle. While partial to Chrysler products, I certainly was not wed to them. A previous purchase of a 2012 Grand Cherokee working with. I sought Jason out during my search given my previous experience. He was always accommodating with my visits as I bounced between fuel economy, vehicle type and price - I was all over the place. His patience and focus on customer service made him stand out in the crowd. When discussing the competition he never spoke badly of them, but instead recognized where they might have an edge while focusing on the positives of his products - this was unlike his competitors when I sought them out. Jason was truly outstanding and earned out repeat business. I don't know when we'll be in the market again, but our first stop will be Jason and Ourisman. As for Dina, we only worked with her during the purchase contract. She was very positive and customer oriented as well, not pushing any particular product and letting them speak for themselves. She made the interaction (handing over money) painless. All in all, Ourisman lets their products do the talking while their staff remain focus on the customer. We had specific needs for a new vehicle. We were at the dealership getting service on our Grand Cherokee and decided to investigate. He continued with this approach right through providing us with the car last evening and demonstrating every last feature (of the many many) and staying with us until the ink was dried on the last line and we were comfortable driving out of the lot! I brought my 2003 Caravan (197,000 miles) for an oil change and assessment of conditions. I knew that there were problems. He went over each item with me and told me which ones needed to be done right away and which ones could wait a little while. He told me that, while they could do the work, a new vehicle could also be considered. He answered all my questions in a better than satisfactory manner and put no pressure either way. As it turned out, I did not have the service done - I bought a 2014 Caravan from Ourisman. At other places, I have sunk money into a car that was destined to fail anyway. This time, my cost was zero. Dwayne's help is the reason why he is called a Service "Advisor" - he advises and does not push. When I bought the new car, I stopped by and told him. This was one of my best car buying experiences.. Our sales rep, ..Sylvia Jeffers handled the transaction professionally and even came in on her day off to finalize the purchase.
