We returned a few days ago to test drive a 2014 or 15 Cherokee. Our former salesman left the company, We we were paired with Dan Ipes. I cannot say enough about how easy Dan was to work with. He was extremely patient as I decided between two different car models, He searched dealers within a 75 mile radius to try to find what I wanted. When I finally decided on a car that he had in stock, he stayed with us until 10pm to make sure that the sale was completed smoothly and that we understood how to operate our very high-tech new car. He was supposed to work only until 5pm and must have missed dinner, but never once complained. It was a pleasure to work with Dan and his manager, Eric Abramson. We would definitely return to purchase another car from this dealer. More

Fantastic experience I was looking all over the Northern Va area and could not find the specific truck I was looking for. I called a few different local dealerships that I was looking all over the Northern Va area and could not find the specific truck I was looking for. I called a few different local dealerships that had the truck I wanted but couldnt agree on the trade in and price. I spoke with Jason Kerr and we did most of the financing and dealing over the phone and gave me a fair trade in price for my vehicle. I did not want to drive two hours from NOVA to get there and we not agree on price. They were able to give me a trade in estimate over the phone (after taking pictures and sending it to them of course) and they honored that price. Upon arrival, we test drove it and I wanted a couple more options thrown in, and after moving some numbers around, got me almost exactly what I wanted. The dealereship is very clean (nothing I find more annoying when car shopping than a dirty unkempt dealership showroom floor and bathroom). Jeff was also very friendly. I did not deal much with him other than just signing the final paperwork. The manager, Eric, was also very personable. But in the end, what sealed the deal was how much they worked with me on my trade in and the financing. They threw in an extra option for free and were able to lower my financing rate by over half a point. I can say in the end, if in the future im looking for a Dodge or Jeep, im definitely going to Ourisman. Pretty easy drive and lots of open roads to test out vehicles. Ask for Jason!! More

After the test drive, Sylvia and I sat down to "negotiate" 10 minutes and I had the deal I wanted on my terms, even a a few dollars less then what I expected. Once I returned to the dealer, we signed the paperwork and I was out of there. They did not waste my time like other dealers. We made the deal and it was done. Very pleasurable experience. More
