A pleasant surprise!! If you're going to buy see Mitch!!!! Sadly my experience with Dina in finance wasn't the same She lied stating my Credit Union had not approved me (however I had just been approved before going to the dealership) She said I would have to take a longer loan with a higher interest rate to make the purchase She spoke in a condescending tone and made me feeling extremely insulted and belittled Upon speaking to my Credit Union representative she was short and rude Once I returned with the check from my Credit Union she was very short and unfriendly In all Mitch made my first brand new car buying experience a good one Take a minute and go see him!! All the paperwork was ready to go when I arrived which made the get in and get out scenario a reality for me. He went over all the features of my specific vehicle and assisted in setting up the bluetooth connectivity as I had not had that feature in past vehicles. However, Dan Ipes made the buying experience a stress-free, no-pressure, pleasant experience. Now, why do I say almost painless; well the process took longer than I expected, however it was not due to price negotiation, it was due to paperwork and the financing process which I think could be simplified based on a recent buying experience I had with Mini. Also, I was happy (not ecstatic) with the price I got so didn’t feel the need to negotiate endlessly, which Dan Ipes seemed to respect. I appreciated him not running between me and his “manager” every time I asked a question, he was up front and direct which I appreciated. We returned a few days ago to test drive a 2014 or 15 Cherokee. Our former salesman left the company, We we were paired with Dan Ipes. I cannot say enough about how easy Dan was to work with. He was extremely patient as I decided between two different car models, He searched dealers within a 75 mile radius to try to find what I wanted. When I finally decided on a car that he had in stock, he stayed with us until 10pm to make sure that the sale was completed smoothly and that we understood how to operate our very high-tech new car. He was supposed to work only until 5pm and must have missed dinner, but never once complained. It was a pleasure to work with Dan and his manager, Eric Abramson. We would definitely return to purchase another car from this dealer. More
