I decided to try one more time and called Ourisman even though the dealership was 75 miles away. I am so glad that Mitch answered the phone! He was polite, helpful, and fast moving! He worked hard to help us find exactly what we were looking for in a new Jeep at the price we wanted to pay. It was well worth the drive just to be able to deal with a salesperson like him. When we had some questions about the undercarriage on the Jeep, they went so far as to put it on a lift and let us see for our self! I feel that I should also mention the kind receptionist at the door who was sweet and helpful when my toddler began to get restless at the end of the transaction - sadly, I didn't catch her name. I would happily drive twice as far to deal with Mitch at Ourisman when it comes time to buy another car and would strongly recommend visiting this dealership if you are hunting for a new car at a reasonable price. We wanted a Chrysler T&C Limited van with ALL the bells and whistles. Ourisman had the exterior color we wanted an our second choice for interior color. With their discount off MSRP and then the multiple incentives discounts - plus a very fair trade allowance - we ended up with a super smoking deal on this brand new van. The pricing was very clear upfront with our salesmen there was never a need to see the sales / general manage What a refreshing experience not to deal with smoke and mirrors or a the secret sales meeting btw your salesman and the sales manager with some counter etc etc The great deal stood just as advertised - except for the military incentive - which we did not qualify for. I had recently had a infavorable expericance at another dealer and he made sure that it would not happen at Ourisman. I could not be happier with my dealings with Dan and the Orisman dealership. All the paperwork was ready to go when I arrived which made the get in and get out scenario a reality for me. He went over all the features of my specific vehicle and assisted in setting up the bluetooth connectivity as I had not had that feature in past vehicles.
