I decided to try one more time and called Ourisman even though the dealership was 75 miles away. I am so glad that Mitch answered the phone! He was polite, helpful, and fast moving! He worked hard to help us find exactly what we were looking for in a new Jeep at the price we wanted to pay. It was well worth the drive just to be able to deal with a salesperson like him. When we had some questions about the undercarriage on the Jeep, they went so far as to put it on a lift and let us see for our self! I feel that I should also mention the kind receptionist at the door who was sweet and helpful when my toddler began to get restless at the end of the transaction - sadly, I didn't catch her name. I would happily drive twice as far to deal with Mitch at Ourisman when it comes time to buy another car and would strongly recommend visiting this dealership if you are hunting for a new car at a reasonable price.
