Jason continues to provide support to me long after the sale. Had an issue with the factory radio and Jason made sure I was taken care of getting it replaced with a new one and made me feel just as important as the day I bought the Jeep. I had actually gone to Clarksville with the intention of buying a Nissan Frontier truck, but as I passed the Ourisman lot on my way to the Nissan Dealership, I saw the Jeeps out front and drove in, where I was greeted by Mark, who was not only quite personable, but extremely knowledgeable and professional, as well. In the course of our discussions, after I delineated my needs, he pointed out the advantages of an enclosed four-wheel-drive Jeep over an open-bed pick-up truck. He convinced me to test drive one, and, thanks to his advice and observations, I totally forgot about the Nissan, and am now the proud owner of an Ourisman Jeep – and am absolutely delighted with it.
