Cheapskape dealership Greg was great and kept was efficient in obtaining the vehicle for test drive and the follow through with purchase, keeping me informed as to the dela Greg was great and kept was efficient in obtaining the vehicle for test drive and the follow through with purchase, keeping me informed as to the delays in the business office. However, Greg had a computer on his desk but had to keep getting up to go to the one printer available for all the salespeople and then bringing back forms to sign. He had to go to business office to obtain final sales sheets for explanation. Greg told me that I would only be receiving temporary license plates and would have to return the 33 miles to get the permanent plates or I could request them mailed to me. After finishing with Greg, I waited over an hour to meet with the one person in the business office handling all sales for the day. She informed me that if I wanted the plates mailed to me I would have to pay for the postage or Greg would since I did not live 100 miles away. Having bought a car at another dealership the week before, and driving out with permanent plates on the car and having a salesperson who had a printer/fax/copier on his desk and could communicate with the business office in that manner so that everything was finished by the time I got to the business office, I found today's experience to be not customer friendly. I feel sorry for the salespeople who have to work in that environment. I do not know the name of the person from the business office but she was a cold fish! More

Love my JEEP I have been a service customer only for the past 4 years, so when it came to buying a new car I decided this was the place. We looked at jeeps at over five other dealerships but settled on Ourisman because they had the Jeep we wanted at a great price. Our experience started with Jake in the service dept. When we were shopping for our car he noticed us in the lot and came over and told us how much he loved his Jeep and answered many questions for us. He didn't need to do this, he just did it because he loved his jeep so much. He was friendly and helpful and he believes in your dealership which gave us confidence to work with Ourisman. Sherwin, our sales representative, did a great job of notifying us when a Jeep came in that fit our needs. He was patient and helpful and never pressured us. In all he was great to work with. The sales manager was excellent as well (I wish I could remember his name). He introduced himself early in the process and asked us what type of car we desired. He told me that he had ordered what we were looking for and that it should be in shortly. Sure enough, within a week my sales rep gave me a call and the car was coming in. I'm glad he worked with us to make sure we were able to get into our new car that we wanted. It is beautiful and we love it. More
