We came in on a Sunday and stayed well past closing. The paperwork side did seem to take very long but it may have been due to limited staff on Sunday. Only drawback on delivery was that the vehicle only had a half tank of gas when we drove off! More

He was full of helpful information; and continually checked to see if I was alright as I navigated through the process. One of my concerns was that I was told for several hours that the car was on its way--they did not have the color combination that I wanted at the Clarksville location--however, it took from approximately 1 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. for the car to arrive. My other concern was that I was very specific in indicating that I wanted a black-on-black car; but, was asked on several occasions if I was sure that was the color I wanted or did I want to go with another color. I believe that the customer's choice should be respected unless the customer has indicated that he/she is not sure of which color he/she wants. More
