Great customer service!! We have been searching for a Dodge Challenger silver and black "Shaker RT" for a while. After a nationwide Internet search, we located the car at Ourisman in Clarksville MD. I called the dealership and was immediately assisted by Gregory Guy!! He was very helpful with everything!! He put the deal together for me. After he realized that I was 10 1/2 hours away he emailed and texted everything I needed. I thought about flying in and Gregory offered to come to the airport to pick me up. I called back the next day and Gregory was off so I was assisted by John Delio. He also helped with the additional information I needed. After spending time with both of these sales consultants over the phone, I felt confident enough to make the 10 1/2 hour drive that same day. Our excellence service was continued after arriving at the dealership. John finalized the process. We were then handed over to the finance manager, Dana McGriff. Mr. McGriff was outstanding as well!! He was able to find a lower financing rate for me. The service we received was stellar!! More

When I tried to leave a voice mail, it said that his voice mail could not receive messages. We did have some email communication, but he was not really clear with some of the responses and did not answer some of my questions. Then when we went to finalize the deal, there was confusion on some of the questions I had asked. Personally, he was very nice, but communication needs to improve. More

This is the first time I actually received a comprehensive review of the vehicle I was interested in. Dennis obviously knows the cars he's selling and it really showed. It was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had. The only thing that could've made it better was a latte and a foot massage, Dennis offered, but I had to draw the line! Just kidding. I'm extremely pleased with my new Durango, but quite frankly I would of bought a Yugo from these guys. Special shout out to the guys who detailed the car. It was late and they could've cut corners but they didn't. More

I had my eye on a Challenger that was displayed in your showroom and I made a decision to purchase. I stopped in to see Dan on 6/30 with the goal of making the purchase. Dan is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Dan presented me with an offer and after one quick "counter" we agreed on price. The dealership acknowledged one slight "blemish" on the bumper and immediately took the vehicle from showroom to service to buff out the blemish. At which point the deal was done! I also worked with the Finance Team as well as Sales Manager - Jeff. In total, my experience was exceptional ! More
