He was very knowledgeable and was willing to do anything to find our perfect car even if it wasn't in the lot. He researched it and found our vehicle! If I had to complain about one thing, it would be our experience with the financial advisor, Dina. I could have cared less for this process. First thing I noticed, being a woman, was how inappropriate her clothing option was. Then once we started crunching numbers, she got very defensive and forceful with wanting us to purchase the warranty that was being offered. She was persistent in arguing that we needed this warranty even though most of it is covered by my insurance, she wouldn't take no for an answer. She started getting very rude with my husband to the point where she asked why he looked at his father who was with us. At that point I almost walked out to cancel the sale because of how rude she was being and how pushy she was. I did not appreciate her at all. She led us to believe that the product we were buying was not reliable and it was automatically going to fail after our 3 year warranty. We were very disappointed to receive this type of service after such a wonderful experience with Jason. Jason and Justin are the only reason we gave this dealership a 5 star rating. If it was not for Dina, I would have rated the customer service and friendliness a five. More

I said I wanted red, then silver, I went back and forth and he was patient with me, as they had to bring the car in from another dealer. Purchased the car on a Friday afternoon, picked it up on Saturday and the finance office was also a pleasure to work with, no pressure to finance the car thru them, every thing ran smoothly and I was on the road in a very short period of time. I highly recommend this dealership for its fast service, with no pressure on you to buy more than what you went for. More

I was impressed with how pleasant and easy it was to talk to Jason and also how knowledgeable he was. When we left the dealership I felt that Jason had really given my son great service. That week-end my son and I went to the eastern shore. A 2 1/2 hour drive. I drove down and my son drove back. I was so impressed with vehicle that I call Jason to set an appointment to come in to do the trade-in of my 2014 Equinox that I had only had for 18 months. Jason worked with me and we came to a great deal. When we came in to pick up my Patriot it was ready and we were in and out with no problems. Jason has great customer service skills. I am retired but was a bank manager and I appreciate good customer service. Thanks to him you sold you second car to this family. Price ok, Service not ok The initial price for the vehicle our Corporation purchased was initially a fair price. We purchased the vehicle and were called a couple days later t The initial price for the vehicle our Corporation purchased was initially a fair price. We purchased the vehicle and were called a couple days later to inform us it was ready to be picked up. Upon arriving, it was not ready and the vehicle was still being detailed. We had to wait approximately 1.5 hours till it was done. Then we found out a spare tire and jack were not included with the vehicle and the initial pricing. This was never mentioned by Ourism's Sales Rep. I guess we were supposed to find this out when our employee had a flat tire along the road and no spare. We had to purchase this separately, which we did from another dealer. We purchased shelving for the vehicle during the initial purchase of the vehicle and was told it would be ordered, received, and installed in no more than 10 days. We contacted the dealership several weeks after the vehicle purchase about the shelving since no one contacted us. We could not get anyone to answer our questions about the shelving or return calls. After a month, we finally received a call. We have now been without the vehicle for 5 days to have the shelving installed. We are now well past the 10 day total turnaround time we were promised. We have called several people at Ourism about the issues we are experiencing. We have not received satisfactory answers to our questions, poor communication from all parties we contacted at Ourism, and Service that was promised but not honored. I have personally emailed Levi Haslup, the GM, and have not received a response concerning the issues we have experienced at Ourism. As a Corporation with a fleet of 100+ vehicles, we are constantly looking for a reputable dealership to help with the needs of our fleet. With the experience we have had at Ourism in Clarksville, it looks as if they will not be added to our list of reputable dealerships. More
