From the time I inquired about my vehicle online to the time I got keys in hand Mitch made sure me and my Mom were comfortable. He went above and beyond for us the entire time and he was honest. I would definitely purchase from Mitch again. The only con I had was sitting with Dina, one of the finance reps. She was very rude to my Mom and I and if it was not for Mitch and Jeff I would have took my money elsewhere. She made me and my Mom feel like we were stupid and that we did'nt know what we were talking about. She is why I gave this dealership a 4. Fix her attitude and this dealership is a 5! My gosh, suddenly the buyer is stuck waiting.!!!!!!! Idea : Have a plan to offer the buyer a luncheon or dinner at a nearby restaurant while the paperwork, etc. is completed... Geez, that could go SO FAR in customer relations.! Just think about it. For a few dollars, the buyer walks away COMPLETELY satisfied, not just SORTA satisfied....
