Amazing customer service I recently purchased a 2015 grand cherokee overaland in November. Dealing with the sales team at Ourisman was one of the best buying experiences I have ever had. After purchasing my vehicle however, I realized it was not "trail rated" as I had wanted. I called the dealership and explained that I wanted a trail rated grand cherokee with the badge on the side. A minor detail but an important one to me. I fully expected the dealership to ask me for thousands of dollars to trade out of my car due to depreciation. To my surprise, Levi (General Manager) and Justin (Sales Manager) swapped my car for another brand new 2015 grand cherokee with the trail rating badge. I did not have to spend a dime extra to swap cars. I also did not loose the payments I made toward the previous grand cherokee. As far as I know, this is a gesture unheard of in the car sales industry. I am so happy to share this positive experience and truly believe you will have the best buying experience at Ourismen Jeep, Dodge and Ram of Clarksville. James More

However, as a now proud owner of a Jeep Patriot (the day after the test drive since it was so fun to drive), I can attest to the level of professionalism and respect shown to me--as a recent college grad and first time car buyer. Mitch was more than helpful in responding to my questions and inquiries and also was a tremendous help in starting paperwork on their end so that the actual car-buying process was as smooth and painless as possible. At no time did we feel pressured or overly pursued to make a move on the car, which was greatly appreciated given my initial apprehension as a first time car buyer. However, after the test drive and talking things over with Mitch, we felt very comfortable in further pursuing the vehicle and purchasing it in the end. As someone that looked at numerous cars at other dealerships prior to this experience, I was very much impressed by the level of personalized service and care Mitch took in taking me through the necessary steps. After this was over, it was time to approach financing. Dina Marshalek took great care in providing me with the necessary information to make an informed decision about financing the vehicle, as well as talking to me about extended warranty options. She was personable, friendly and more than helpful in this regard! While there was complete transparency with the numbers (going through the USAA truecar buying process), I still encountered archaic car buying issues (read games) with the ability for dealer financing and availability/access to the car of choice. These issues, outside of my sales person's control, while a nuisance and deminishing the overall all experience, didn't jeopardize the transaction. More
