Overall a Good Experience. We went in to look of Jeep Cherokees and Patriots with a couple specific ones in mind and test drove a couple. Dan Ipes was pleasent to work with and We went in to look of Jeep Cherokees and Patriots with a couple specific ones in mind and test drove a couple. Dan Ipes was pleasent to work with and took in consideration our budget and pratical needs as soon to be parents. Though we initiialy went in to see a cheaper Jeep Patriot Latitude, Dan showed us an upgraded High-Altitude version as well that we ultimately decided was worth the extra cost for the amount of extra stuff it included in the package. Car dealers always try to up sell you, but Dan was pleasent about it and practical; pushing the more expensive Patriot that included everything we could want instead of pushing the just as expensive Cherokee sport. In terms of hagling they worked with us a little, but would only budge on so much with our trade in and other costs. They did get us a better interest rate than what we had quoted from a third party and honored Truecar coupons for 2 years of free oil changes. Ultimately we had a good experience and though we spent a few thousand more than we were hoping to, we feel that we are getting our money's worth and recieved a good deal on the vehicle we purchased and based on the experience would return for future purchases. When I got to the dealership, my new car was all shiny and filled up, ready to go, and the purchasing process was very quick and easy. Great job all around! More
