Finally a No Haggle, No Stress Purchase I've purchased 9 new vehicles over the last 35 years and the buying process was extremely stressful. The salesman's hard sell, going back and forth to the sales manger to come close to my Out the Door/On the Road price, the "your not going to get a better price anywhere" come on and the "it's the last one on the lot", etc. statements. My experience at Ourisman was one of the most pleasant car buying experiences to date. I knew how I wanted the vehicle equipped and how much below invoice I wanted to pay. The actual Out the Door/On the Road price quoted was less then I was expecting to pay. The initial contact was via e-mail including the price quote. No back and forth between the salesman and sales manager, no "what to I need to do to put you in this vehicle today", no hard sell what-so-ever. When we went to the showroom to finalize the purchase our salesman, Jason, did not attempt to sell us any of those useless high markup dealer add-ons or extra programs, extended warranty, etc., that I did not need or want. Within and hour of arriving at the dealership we were driving away in our new 2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara. I highly recommend this dealership and will purchase my next vehicle from Ourisman via Jason. More

Worst Service EVERRRR I walked into the service department because I MADE an appointment for my oil change no one acted like they wanted to assist me. Then tell me Barry is going to help me, I go talk to barry he explains he is off and someone else have to assist me. I walk back in, the gentlemen told me that I would have an deal for getting my oil change package. I told him I received an coupon from them in my email for my oil and its 89 he explains that doesnt cover tire rotation. When I look online for my 15,000 oil change service it includes tire rotation. I would not have to pay 40 extra dollars for an tire rotation. After going home and futher researching this information I am furious that I did not get my full service that I ask for and I wish I wouldn't have to come back BUT i got the package for my oil change there. I am very upset and I will be calling to speaking to the manager of the service department. worst experience ever and they dont greet you when you walk into the department I waited and the person HAD an attitude because I needed an oil change. NEVER AGAIN i will send someone else to deal with that service. More
