I scheduled a drop off/loaner vehicle with Jackie Pressman in the service department. When I got there, she noted I had a bit of a commute to get to the dealership, work and home so she intervened. She brought out Greg (mechanic) who promptly took the truck back, inspected it and even went on a test drive with me. While it's not huge, what Jackie did was save me a trip to the dealer, got my 4x4 back to me during inclement weather and she saved the dealership a loaner vehicle so that someone else could use it. She and Greg made my day and week much better with their kindness, expertise, professionalism and customer service. More

Our only complaint was Dina in finance - we waited an hour for her (fairly certain she did not have a customer for most of that time) and she was clearly put-out by us refusing her extended warranty, so she explained it for a second time even though we understood it fine the first time around. Then got salty when we told her we were in a time crunch and refused her extended warranty for the second time. Even with that said, we will still be customers of Ourisman in the future, overall very pleased with our experience. More

I have been waiting for quite a long time to get my dream truck. With an easy list (I am pretty flexible) so I emailed the dealership near where I will be living. I was quickly assigned a salesperson named Biz who contacted me quickly. I gave him my list and then that was the end of my positive customer relationship experience. I have sent him several emails asking where my list and quotes were. Since I am overseas still, I need to be able to coordinate via email. It has been two weeks. Out of frustration I emailed the guy for the third or fourth time asking what the status was. Here is his cut/paste response: "I have responded to your inquiry about a by both email and phone, if a phone number was provided. I understand you have a busy schedule, which is one of the reasons so many car buyers elect to use our convenient and cost saving Internet car buying service. I wanted to let you know that I am eager to work with you and your schedule to provide you with the personalized attention that will allow you to enjoy purchasing your new vehicle. I will try again to reach you at the number you provided. In the meantime, please feel free to call or email me with any questions or concerns. You can reach me by calling 410-988-8100 and asking for Kambiz Shoai-Naini or email me by simply replying to this message" I received all of his excuse emails but no list of trucks. I don't have anything in my spam folder or trash. I just wanted to know if he had any Ram 1500 4x4 crew cab diesels (new or used)! I needed to know that so I could either plan to buy off the lot or special order from the dealership. It is now too late to special order to have in time for my arrival. I am so disappointed at the really crappy sales/customer service. I am going to be taking my $55,000 bucks to buy from another dealership that is further away but will treat me respectfully and will help me find my dream truck. More

In saying that we paid a visit to Ourisman Chrysler in Clarksville and left with what I had been searching for in a new Ram and used Dart. The experience from beginning to end was great, top notch sales in Jason Kerr, Justin, and Jeff as well as Dana in Finance. The honesty, sincerity, and professionalism was evident throughout our entire day spent there on Saturday while all involved were striving to get the deals done.
