Best dealership experience I have ever had I had stopped at the dealership to look for a very specific Jeep Wrangler Unlimited to replace the one I had recently lost due to an accident. My insurance company had declared it a total loss. I loved my Jeep and wanted another one just like it. When I stopped at the dealership I saw a Jeep just like the one I lost. While on the lot a very nice young man who identified himself a Jason Kerr approached me and asked if I had any questions. I told Jason my story and what I was looking for and it seemed like I found it. Jason was very easy to talk to and I found out very knowledgeable. The entire transaction went very smoothly and within a couple of hours I was driving my new Jeep home. Worst dealership I've ever been to I would not recommend spending your time at this dealership. When I was test driving a 2016 Ram 1500, I was telling him about the truck. Every question I did have, he had to refer to the window sticker. If you are going to try and sell somebody a 50,000 dollar rig, you better know your stuff and not look like a fool on the test drive. This is a trend though with Dodge dealerships. They hire rookies out of clown college. Maybe that's why Toyota next door steals a lot of their business. I ended up buying a 2016 Toyota Tundra instead. More
