He showed me a GC that they had on site and then looked at other in near by dealers when I wasn't 100% happy with the one they had. When I returned to pick up my current Jeep from service, Danial had all the pricing set up for both options so I could decide. When I returned to pick up the new vehicle, it was Danials day off but he had set me up with another sales person named Mitch. Mitch did a fantastic job as well making sure all went smoothly! Overall, I'm very pleased with Ourisman and continue to drive from Annapolis to give them my business. More

Upon my departure the head sales manager shake my hand and thank me for the business and I appreciated that. Overall I was very happy coming to the dealership to purchase my vehicle and I look forward to the continued friendly and courteous service relationship when I visit the dealership to have my vehicle serviced.
