I e-mail my sales person, (Bis is his name), a list of must have features, and when I showed to see the inventory he was totally able to walk me through what they had, and what the differences were. I had gone in the night before stressed over my car I I purchased a brand new Jeep Renegade from Jason Kerr at Ourisman in Clarskville, MD yesterday. I had gone in the night before stressed over my car I needed to trade-in and that I still owed money on a loan for. I was worried about the entire process and how we would possibly figure it all out and quickly because my car was no longer safe to drive. Jason was professional and explained step-by-step the entire process and answered every question that I had. He was so patient while I figured things out with my insurance. I came back the next morning and purchased the Jeep and within a few hours I was walking out with no stress and a brand new joyful orange Jeep Renegade! Jason was friendly, but professional. Talking to him about this process was like talking to a friend. I was so impressed and cannot wait to go back there to have my new Jeep serviced. I recommend Jason and this dealership! They never tried to talk me into anything or make me feel like they just wanted me to spend more money. We looked at all my options and I was content when I left. My wife and I traveled ~3 hrs from Richmond VA and arrived at this dealership by ~ 2:30 pm. In just 2.5 hrs, we test drove the vehichle, had all our questions answered, completed all the main paperwork etc. If I every buy on a Sunday again I will remember to make prior car insurance arrangements to have the vehicle listed on the policy! My wife and I worked with Mitchell Stainback who was very professional and knowledgable. He answered all of our questions and we had a list of them.
