I went to look at what Jared had found for me two days later and I fell in love with a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I drove it twice to make sure it was the right fit and about four hours later I was going home in my new heated seat, sunroofed, black-rimmed Jeep. From start to finish Jared made this process very easy for me and I am so grateful for that! The only negative comment I have is that the navigation feature wasn't added onto my truck as it should of been when I purchased it so I have to go back for it to be installed. But other than that, this dealership gets a 5-star rating from me! More

John Treat was easy to deal with and very accommodating. Most of the deal was done via phone and internet being that I live in North Carolina. I spoke with John about the vehicle he guided me to all the information and gave me a fare price. I called him later that day told him I was flying in the next morning he had the vehicle ready to go I was in the dealership no more than 1 1/2 hours and that was just getting the finance and insurance paperwork squared away. Once I got in with Dina the finance professional I was in and out of her office within 10 minutes. got the keys and started me trek back to North Carolina. I gave the dealership a four star only because I had to fly up to get the car because the dealership I was dealing with in NC was having issues trying to secure the vehicle for transfer from Ourisman Jeep. I guess I cannot blame the dealership but I can and do. It would have been a lot easier if the two dealerships could have made the transfer and I would not have to have been stuck driving in the D.C. madness which took me 7 hours for a trip that would have normally taken 4.5 hours. Overall If I had to do it again I would. It was the exact vehicle we wanted and it was not able to be ordered so we did what we had to do. Thank you John for the professional experience. More

Biz made the whole car buying experience enjoyable. My wife and I had purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee 3 years ago for my older son from another Jeep dealer so we thought we would go back to the same dealership to purchase another Jeep. Unfortunately the sales representative that we dealt with was no longer there so we here handed off to another sales rep. The service I thought we would get as a repeat customer was the furthest from what we expected. Before my wife and I decided on what Jeep to purchase we wanted to know what the interest rate would be and the monthly payment. They made us wait over an hour for the finance department and when they came out to get us the finance manager said he could meet with us now that we had agreed on a sales price. We had never agreed to any price or even the type of vehicle we were going to purchase. Needless to say we walked out of the dealership angry and frustrated. We decided to try one more dealership before we gave up on getting my son a Jeep for Christmas. We walked into Ourisman and right from the moment we were greeted we were treated as a customer should be treated. We were introduced to Biz and within minutes my guard was down and I felt very comfortable talking with Biz. Biz listened to me complain about how I had been treated by the other dealership and without bashing the other dealership Biz made it clear that we had come to the right place. Everything we asked Biz to do he did without question and made sure we received the answers we were looking for. He never once pushed us to buy a Jeep through the whole process, as a matter of fact he was willing to show us several different Jeeps and went through the benefits of each and made sure the Jeeps include the options that were most important to us. We communicated via text until 11:00 pm on Friday, he made sure I had all the answers that I needed to make a decision. When I came back to sign the papers on Christmas Eve, Biz had all the paperwork ready for us and we were in and out within 1 hour. If Ourisman can fill their showroom with Bizs I know without a doubt your dealership will be one of the best dealerships in the area.
