I came in there hard-nosed and wanted a great deal. I’m very skeptical of dealerships and will easily walk away from a deal if I feel I’m being had or given the run around. I didn’t have this feeling with Fred or Justin (Sales Manager). They were the second most transparent dealership I’ve dealt with in my life. After my initial test drive, I left to think about my deal and do some additional research/price mapping. Fred and Justin were not pushy, and I never felt pressured to buy my truck. I left Ourisman three different times (NoVA is home) before I decided to buy my truck. That is the model every dealership should employ. Everyone wants a great deal on a vehicle. No one wants to understand they’re a business and make money. I got an extremely great value for my truck. I would gladly do business with Fred in the future. More

Great Experience! Everyone was very nice and always prompt with email and getting back to me to answer any questions I had. Our salesperson Marsheela Wells was extremely knowledgeable and very patient with us while we considered different vehicles and options, etc. We came in thinking that we knew what we wanted but she gave us some invaluable advice and guided us to make much better decisions. Throughout the process the sales management team was always available and doing everything they could to make our experience great and working with us to get a deal that everybody felt very good about - thank you to Jeff Borakove Justin Chenoweth! Even after the sale was complete we have been extremely impressed with the sales managers and the service department - we had a small cosmetic issue with our vehicle and the managers are doing everything possible to make it right and making the process easy and enjoyable for us - special thanks to Jason Kerr and Mike Catron for helping to coordinate everything for us. We will definitely be returning to this dealership for future needs and recommending it to friends and family in the meantime. More

Nasty sales managers I visited this dealership twice on two different occasions. During my visit the sale manager Jeff Borakove was highly and I mean highly disrespectful I visited this dealership twice on two different occasions. During my visit the sale manager Jeff Borakove was highly and I mean highly disrespectful to my salesman it was very unaceptable. He did not even care that I was sitting there. On my second visit he was nasty again not to mention another one by the name of Mitch or something like that tried to pull a scam by stealing me from the salesman that was helping me once again they didn't care that I was sitting there. PATHETIC! To the GM, Controller and anyone else you need to stop the madness with these so called sales managers because they don't know who walks through that door and their purpose of being there. Because of Jeff and Mitch you lost 2 sales. Learn how to respect your fellow coworkers! You cost the salesman 2 sales. I will not purchase nor recommend anyone to this place and (for the courteous salesman that did help me thank you so much you were great I give you 5 stars) More
