Very helpful, honest experience. I started off dealing with Dan Ipes at this dealer, and I have to say he was tremendously helpful though the process, especially with how I had approa I started off dealing with Dan Ipes at this dealer, and I have to say he was tremendously helpful though the process, especially with how I had approached him. I had gone to three other Jeep dealerships that day, all who gave me quotes that bloated between 3-5 thousand dollars when I showed up to the actual location. Needless to day, I was more abrupt than I like to be with people. But Dan gave me an out the door quote, which was the price when I showed up. So the fact that they were up front and honest, I spent more than I had originally intended, although still within budget. I arrived a the location with my wife and kids, and Dan was there waiting to open the door for us. The opening floor was open and clean, with popcorn for the kids to munch on while we went though the process. We also dealt with Dina as the finance person, who was also great. The only reason this is a 4 star rating as opposed to 5 is that we did have to wait for a lengthy time to deal with the finance department. Having two young kids while waiting was not the greatest, even though I get taht the timing was perhaps not the best. I would recommend this location to others. More

This is something is difficult due to work responsibilities and schedules. However at Ourisman all the communication was online by email. Daniel Travelpiece provided the right information and took his time to find the car with the features I was expected. Of course he offer a deal which was the best. At the store Ralph Bowen provided an excellent service during the purchase process. Al the question were answered and the initial introduction to the car features was very good. This has been an very good purchasing experience. More
