Lastly, my offer was extremely comepetitive. In fact, the offer accepted by Ourisman was declined by two other dealerships. After the transaction, one salesman called to get my business back. After I explained my experience at Ourisman, the salesman told me they could never have met my offer and seemed suspect to the deal I received at Ourisman. We moved several years ago, however; Dave Lance the new service manager was able to resolve a problem on a recent trip home for a used car I bought from them a few years ago, that the local service stations in my area were unable to solve.
