I had been in the market for a new truck for quite awhile and had almost decided to purchase a truck from another dealer (even though it did not have all of the options I wanted but was the closest). I decided to try using my USAA car buyer program and Ourisman RAM came up as a preferred dealer who would match the price but they did not have a truck with all of the options I wanted either. So they recommended I order a truck from the factory with everything exactly as I wanted it and they would still honor the USAA price. So, after a short wait, I am now the proud owner of a 2012 Dodge RAM 1500 configured exactly as I wanted it, in the color I wanted, and for the price I was willing to pay for it. I purchased a used 2009 Dodge Challenger R/T from Ourisman Dodge in Clarksville, MD on November 18, 2011. This was a Certified Pre Owned car with 18,000 miles. I had been shopping for one of these cars and had previously test driven several others; this was the best and at a good price. The salesperson put gas in the car (used car purchase) so I didn't have to stop for gas on my 2 hour drive home, that was a nice touch. They supplied a copy of the "Car Fax" report at no charge, and I check this on any used car I purchase. The dealership went even farther to help me get the car home. Since I live 2 hours away they saved me from having to find somebody to drive me to the dealership to pick up my car. I was going on business travel the following week and I caught ride to BWI airport with a coworker. When I returned, the dealership sent their courtesey van to pick me up at the airport and drive me to the dealership (15 minutes) so I could drive my new car home. The driver was right on time and I didn't have to wait at the airport. When I arrived at the dealership, the car was ready for me. I highly recommend this salesperson (Jenna Day) and this dealer. I didn't feel pressured to buy and Jenna was a pleasure to deal with, helpful, and answered all my questions. More
