Brought my vehicle in for a trade. I got what they were offering me for my trade and while it was a somewhat competitive offer, It was still on the lower side. I was in the market for a new Dodge.... Chal offering me for my trade and while it was a somewhat competitive offer, It was still on the lower side. I was in the market for a new Dodge.... Challenger or Charger.... as I think both are very nice cars... So Salesman steers me towards a Black model V6... we take it for a test drive, not too bad but he was reluctant for me to put the car through its paces. Heck if I am buying a car I want to know what it is going to do before I buy. Hence try before you buy. So we get back to the facility and he can tell I was not thrilled with the car and asked if I wanted to take out a V8 model.... Heck yes, but the same thing was said... this time I got on the highway and gunned it to about 80mph... all smiles I was enjoying the ride and handling... so we went back and crunched the numbers, more than I wanted to spend, and we were scrolling through checking out things and he scrolled past this one car 3 times and I finally asked him to scroll up and again he went past it... I got the mouse from him and stopped on that car and again we crunched some numbers... He said he needed a finance app.... Okay, but I was just inquiring, He said this was needed to see what kind of deal we can get and such... Hmmm, okay... by the by, I am glad I did not settle on this company as while the salesman was incredible, the rest of the staff was kind of cold and impersonal. I would have purchased a vehicle from this lot based on how the saleman and I got along, but his associates left him hanging and were not willing to put forth the same level of effort to make the sale as well. More

As stated previously, the low pressure and fair pricing made buying my new vehicle a pleasure instead of a long drawn out process. i was happy with the service given to me buying a new town and country. MR JASON Kerr was helpful to me in every way possible.no pressure,knew his product he was selling,polite and personable.the reason town and country. Mr Jason Kerr explained to me about the service dept and shined in a light most favorable to the dealership as a whole. at that point there was nothing in it for him.I left the dealer saying if i ever neeeded another car this sales rep earned my business.additionally, i must say i looked around at five other dealers and pricing was close at the others but mr. kerr was the differance inwhere i picked to buy. the sales manager mr. RON WARD was helpfull and not pushy. also he followed through on all he said he would from calling me back in a timely manner to crediting me back a charge card deposit like he said he would with out being asked at closing. She wasn't pushy and did not harass me with phone calls or emails as other dealers have done. I had some specific requirements of the car I wanted, and she answered every question/request I had. I ended up ordering a Charger SRT8, and to help me get it faster, they switched the specs on one they had already ordered for production. They also guaranteed me a great price on my trade-in, if I kept it under a specified mileage. When my car arrived, two weeks earlier than she had predicted, Jenna seemed nearly as excited about it as I was. I tried to remind her that she had already sold the car! They honored the trade-in price they had previously quoted me and had the new one ready for me within hours of it being rolled off the truck. This was by far the best experience I have had with a salesperson and dealership. I will definitely be a repeat customer. More

He worked hard to get me a deal I felt was fair. He even went above and beyond the call of duty. The car I wanted was at another dealership so Jason went himself to pick it up so he could deliver it to me when promised. I would surely recommend Ourisman if you are looking to get a great deal from a group of people that are very customer oriented. More
I purchaed a used Challenger SRT8. As a performance vehicle, I asked the dealership to check the car out before I bought it and they would be my local service provider. His service team went over the car and I'm now the pround owner of a fantastic Dodge product. Ron made me feel like I had know him for years and his attention to detail and customer service were outstanding.
