We wanted something that we could feel good about for years to come. When we walked on the lot we ran into Jason after about 10 minutes of strolling around. He didn't do the sales person pressure greeting on us but simply asked if we needed any questions answered. Little did he know how many questions we had! He took us on a test drive of a Jeep Laredo but didn't put us in the flashiest thing on the lot. He knew we were price conscious so he put us in a basic model telling us we could always move up if we wanted. After a couple of weeks of asking questions, taking test drives (at other Jeep dealers in the area as well where our experiences were not as comfortable) we decided it was time to buy. My husband works late hours and Jason kindly stayed late as we worked out the deal of our car. He was friendly the entire time and took his time with us even though we didn't drive off the lot until 11pm! The only negative experiences we had were with other employees at the dealership (another salesperson told us we would be able to get discounts that weren't actually being offered and the lender was a bit rude since we had to come in late) but Jason is the reason we kept coming back and would happily go back again to buy from him. More

I had so many questions, and was learning so much about Chrysler and Jeep products through Jason. Jason was very warm and friendly to me. He made me feel really comfortable, and greeted me with a really nice smile. He was very honest, and I had really good vibes about him. I appreciate all of his time answering my many questions…over my many trips to the showroom. I don’t even know how many times I came in there, but I know it was a lot! I had a very good experience at the dealership. I will recommend Jason Kerr, and an Orisman product, to everyone I know! More

Jim Olney greeted me as soon as I entered the showroom and we browsed used car inventory. We test drove four cars and I made my choice (2007 Dodge Charger). Although it was quickly approaching closing time, Jim worked with the finance department to get me out the door. I was very pleased with my car purchase experience and recommend the entire Ourisman family of stores! More

My wife and I were looking to purchase a new minivan and we went through an evaluation process of whether we would buy a new vehicle or go to Carmax and get a used one (and we have had very good dealings wi we went through an evaluation process of whether we would buy a new vehicle or go to Carmax and get a used one (and we have had very good dealings with Carmax in the past). Ourisman was one of the very few Chrysler/Dodge dealerships that listed the dealer discount on their webpage, and that helped provide more transparency (very similar to Carmax's no negotiation approach). Without that information, it is very possible that we would have purchased a used minivan from Carmax, but the discount information they provided was vital in our decision that, in this case, a new minivan was more cost effective. This, plus some vehicles in their inventory that interested us, is what got us into their showroom to begin with. When we arrived on a Saturday morning, a salesman, Sherwin Wilson, approached us and introduced himself. Based on a number of prior experiences in other dealerships with what I will kindly refer to as aggressive salesmen, I was ready to battle and ultimately walk out if necessary. However, Mr. Wilson was a welcome change in that he was helpful, but not pushy, when he asked for information he explained why he needed it, and ultimately provided a very satisfying experience. When we needed to leave (without making any decision), he did not ask if or when we were coming back, he just thanked us for coming in. Later that day at 6:15pm we came back and asked a gentleman (Mr. Levi Haslup) if Mr. Wilson was available. He informed us that the dealership closed at 6:00 and that all the sales staff were gone. Instead of just asking us to come back tomorrow, he volunteered to get keys and walk us to a vehicle on the lot that we were interested in. When we asked a few questions, he apologized and said that he was a -numbers person- and didn't know the details of the vehicles like the sales staff did. He was quite friendly and helpful in what I would call above and beyond the call of duty. We returned the next day and met up with Mr. Wilson again for a couple of hours and ultimately completed a purchase of a Chrysler Town and Country minivan. He conducted himself as he did the day before in a helpful, laid-back (in a good way) manner that resulted in a pleasant experience. I met a couple of other staff, including the manager (Mr. Ron Ward), during the visit who also helped to make this process as smooth and stress-free as possible. More

Great sales people; I worked with Sherwin Wilson and he was informative and helpful. He helped me transfer stuff from my old car (trade-in) to my new car. The sales managers answered all of my questions and were very helpful and accommodating. I tend to ask many semi-unrelated questions , so I always appreciate entertainment as I wait for others to finalize paperwork. The finance person that did all of the paper work at the dealership was not a people person though. She answered all of my questions, but you can clearly tell she didn't like talking to people - I guess that's good that she was just the person at the end to finalize the paper work and not make the sale. It's okay :). Overall I would recommend this dealership and Sherwin Wilson as a sales person. More
