Berkley was able to tell me the difference between my options off hand which was very helpful when making my decision. Trading in a vehicle was great the REBATES I could have gotten more but just the positive outlook that Berkley displayed was leaving with a 200 no matter what. My only problem with the dealership was the internet advertising that utilized the lowest possible price strategy - including advertising the price including all possible incentives/rebates. I believe this is somewhat deceptive and leads to fristration on the part of the customer when they come into the dealership and are then told the real price. Perhaps, advertising a price that only includes the incentives available to all with the proviso that the price can be even lower if the buyer qualifies for other available incentives would be a more honest and effective strategy. If not for the hard work of Greg to get me a great price for the car, I would never had bought the vehicle due to the misleading advertising. More

When I first met Mr. S. Wilson I told him that I hated buying new cars but that was the reason why I was there. I explained to him that I had been having a lot of back problems recently, including two seperate back surgeries. I had an epidural in my lumbar spine approximately three weeks prior to my visit to his dealership and I had been feeling some what better. Once I climbed into the driver's seat, of what was to become my new Jeep, I realized just how much support the driver's seat was giving my lumbar spine. I just knew I needed to buy this SUV. This SUV has dramaticly improved my quality of life in the way it supports my lumbar spine and in how it has systamaticly increased my comfort while driving. Since the purchase of my new Jeep I have received e=mails from Mr. Wilson making sure I didn't have any further questions and/or concerns. I have also received an e-mail from the service manager asking me if I would like to come to the dealership to take a tour of their service department. I can't ever remember any other dealership ever treating me this way after I drove off of their sales lot. I can't express any more how much SHE made my WHOLE car buying experience so pleasant and I did not hesitate to let her know how much I appreciated her help, knowledge and exemplary professionalism. She was also SO helpful and only adding even more to an awesome buying experience by sitting in the van with me and showing me all the features, helping me set them up and just make sure I didn't have any questions. Thorough!!! The whole dealership operation and staff was friendly, efficient and courteous. I did my research and did all my shopping via the internet. Even being the furthest from me, I chose Ourisman because of Sylvia and I feel she was empowered to present my case to her manager who was able to offer a very competitive and in fact the best pricing and most importantly WITHOUT the haggle or hassle or annoying 'car salesman' obnoxiousness. In fact, I am still being harassed by another dealership that told me "there's no way they can be offering you the kind of deal...they;d be taking a big loss. Are you sure they aren't including a trade-in rebate? Or we are not comparing the same options." And in a tone of voice like I don't know what I am talking about or can't negotiate. You'd think I was talking to your stereotypical used car salesman...so unprofessional. And when I finally said 'thank you for all you help but I'm going with the other offer and need to go so I can get over to the dealership', he closed by saying "okay, we will wait to hear back from you or just come in, we're open to 9". Implying again that I was not getting my facts right!! The bottom line, Ourisman and the entire staff and especially Sylvia are truly professionals. Thank you! More

From the time I walked in the door everyone I encountered as very friendly. They all even catered to my 11 year old son that was with me. In the past I have went to a dealership that made me feel as if I was just another sale. This was not the case at Ourisman. Although we all know that is their goal to sell cars, it seemed to me that thier Customer Service and making sure I was happy was actually more important! More
Sherwin was great, but I found the dealer's practice of advertising the internet price with all the incentives added in to be deceptive, and I almost walked out the door. In order to get the advertised price, I would have to be in the military, own a volkswagen, and lease a car, so the price went up by $2500 as soon as I sat down. I like to know the actual price going in, so a little honesty goes a long way with me. Also, the car had a custom interior (which is one of the reasons I drove 70 miles), but the cost of the custom interior was not included in the internet price, so at this point I was at $4500 more than the advertised price. In the end, they came down to the True Market Value shown on Edmunds, and basically ate the cost of the interior. Ourisman is no better or worse than any other dealer I've dealt with. You really can't believe any of them. More
I was looking for a new 2013 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. I was trying to decide between a manual and an automatic. Jim set me up with a test drive on both models. I was also undecided on the color of Jeep that I wanted and Jim kept me up to date as new models would come in. Jim was always helpful and patient over the months we worked together. Finally I saw the color that I wanted and went to the dealership to have my trade in appraised. They gave me a very good deal on my trade and on the new jeep that I wanted to order. They were very relaxed and laid back - not a bit of pressure. Jim was great walking me through the order process and today a month after I ordered my Jeep the delivery. If you are looking to buy a new car you need to come in and see Jim Olney and his manager Levi Haslup. They make buying a Jeep a stress free process. No games just honest and up front! I found the 2013 Town and country online and was amazed at the price, about 2k less than other dealers in the area.
