Although we all know that is their goal to sell cars, it seemed to me that thier Customer Service and making sure I was happy was actually more important! More

Sherwin was great, but I found the dealer's practice of advertising the internet price with all the incentives added in to be deceptive, and I almost walked out the door. In order to get the advertised price, I would have to be in the military, own a volkswagen, and lease a car, so the price went up by $2500 as soon as I sat down. I like to know the actual price going in, so a little honesty goes a long way with me. Also, the car had a custom interior (which is one of the reasons I drove 70 miles), but the cost of the custom interior was not included in the internet price, so at this point I was at $4500 more than the advertised price. In the end, they came down to the True Market Value shown on Edmunds, and basically ate the cost of the interior. Ourisman is no better or worse than any other dealer I've dealt with. You really can't believe any of them. More

They were very relaxed and laid back - not a bit of pressure. Jim was great walking me through the order process and today a month after I ordered my Jeep the delivery.
