I WAS AN OUT-OF-STATE INTERNET BUYER OF A USED VEHICLE. I CONTACTED OURISMAN VIA THE INTERNET AND WAS TAKEN CARE OF BY ASHLEIGH. SHE ANSWERED ALL MY INITIAL QUESTIONS PROMPTLY AND COURTEOUSLY. SHE THEN PUT M CONTACTED OURISMAN VIA THE INTERNET AND WAS TAKEN CARE OF BY ASHLEIGH. SHE ANSWERED ALL MY INITIAL QUESTIONS PROMPTLY AND COURTEOUSLY. SHE THEN PUT ME IN CONTACT WITH RICHARD, HE AGAIN ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER AND WE CAME TO A PRELIMINARY AGREEMENT TO PURCHASE. UPON ARRIVAL AT THE DEALERSHIP FROM MY HOME IN MICHIGAN, RICHARD IMMEDIATELY INTRODUCED ME TO ANDY TO COMPLETE THE DEAL. ANDY WAS OUTSTANDING! HE ANSWERED ALL MY CONCERNS AND DEMONSTRATED THE FUNCTION OF OF EACH OF THE VEHICLE SYSTEMS. HE WAS PERSONABLE, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND COULD HAVE NOT DONE A BETTER JOB, IN MY OPINION. TO COMPLETE THE PAPERWORK, ANDY INTRODUCED ME TO CHARLES. HE KNOWS HIS BUSINESS AND WE COMPLETED THE PAPERWORK QUICKLY. THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS LESS THAN TWO HOURS. My husband wrecked is truck pretty bad. We call ourisman to have it fixed. Jimmy,brandi,and Megan fought with the insurance company got us. It was about 13000.00 worth of damage and now u can't tell it ever to have it fixed. Jimmy,brandi,and Megan fought with the insurance company got us. Went to purchase 3rd Chevy in 11 months, 2nd from this dealership. Agreed upon a price days ahead of time and that price changed at finance table. When I inquired about change in price, GM Richard Cunni dealership. Agreed upon a price days ahead of time and that price changed at finance table. When I inquired about change in price, GM Richard Cunningham became enraged and slammed folder shut, advising he was not going to sell us the car anymore!! (Caught in a lie perhaps??) I have been working with GM closely on this issue as they have NEVER heard of such customer service, if you can still call that "customer service?" Have not received a response from MR. Ourisman after leaving him messages. Btw, all this occurred in front of my 11 y/o daughter and nearly put her in tears... and after I had purchased a $56K Suburban 6 months earlier from them, in which Mr Cunningham advises he "gave away". Last time I checked, I'm making those payments, not you! I would watch what they say and do, they tell you that you are saving a certain amount off of sticker price, which includes freight, but then add freight back in at the finance table. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. Shame on you Ourisman Chevrolet... Shame on you... And shame on you Mr. Ourisman for not returning my calls! Richard said that you'd back him, just as arrogantly as he could!! I hope he's making you a lot of money with his shady, "snake in the grass" tactics... Just remember, those who lie in bed with snakes get bit!! The good news is, I have since gone to Criswell Chevrolet and purchased a new 2012 Volt, with more options and no "Tom Foolery" on the numbers at the finance table. The agreed upon price and trade, was the actual numbers in the finance office!! A novel idea, agree to something and follow through with it. I feel very bad for our salesman, because he is a genuine, trustworthy and like-able human being. His hard work and sale of this vehicle was sabotaged by GM Richard Cunningham, because he couldn't admit he was wrong a THIRD time. Unfortunately, my relationship of TRUST with my salesman is now over as I will NEVER RETURN TO OURISMAN ROCKMONT CHEVROLET again!!! Good Luck Bill... I went into the dealership with credit issues and my guard up and was not sure if I even wanted to go thru the process with the possibility of being rejected. Well, I was met with courtesy, friendliness and a real genuine concern to help me purchase a vehicle of choice. No pressure what so ever, and when it came to financing my vehicle, what was discussed, was done, no added fees. I was surprise and happy at the same time. I knew my APR would not be perfect, but the dealership did not put me into a vehicle that was out of my budget. I truly appreciated the customer service I received. More

I went to 3 dealers before I went to Ourisman Rockmont. All told me that I couldn't buy a car because my credit was bad. Not only did Rockmont get me done, but the APR was more than fair, and the payment on my new Malibu was well within my budget. My salesman, Frank knew the vehicle well and put me in the car I wanted. The finance person, Richard was straight forward, and didn't pull anything. Everything was explained to me before I signed on the dotted line and took my new Chevy home. Great experience. I will be returning when I'm ready for another car, and recommend everyone to see Frank @ Ourisman Rockmont Chevy. More
I was told I had to buy an extended warranty and gap insurance in order to get a loan. They also told me I had to pay the bank $3000 to get the loan but not to tell the lender when they called me. I put down 10K between cash and rebates and still ended up with a $389 payment for 72 months on a Chev Aveo. I was naive and trusted them and they took complete advantage of me. I just traded that car in and found out that after a year of payments I was still $5500 upside down because of the 24% interest rate they charged me. If you do ever go there to buy a car you need a lawyer and an accountant to go with you so you don't get ripped off like I did. More
