I have dealt with Andy for new cars since 1993 and will continue since he is a fair and honest salesman. I often have my car serviced here as well but have a hard time getting time off to get repairs comp continue since he is a fair and honest salesman. It would be easier to get a rental the night before (since I start so early) and pick up my car after work but don't really want to pay for it. The shuttle service was wonderful when I worked closer and at a better location. I also would like to "know" the person who works on my car, not just the person in the suit who oversees them. I think it would make me want to come back more often and "make the time". More

Mr. Prince is one of the best Service managers that I have had the pleasure of working with over the past 12 years. I was an internet buyer and I was careful to read the fine print, and in the fine print it CLEARLY states that the freight will be added to the internet price, and I asked Ashleigh if I was going to be c fine print, and in the fine print it CLEARLY states that the freight will be added to the internet price, and I asked Ashleigh if I was going to be charged the freight and she said yes. When I went to the finance dept they charged me the freight charge, but I was not surprised, because it was on the internet. The finance guy even worked with me a little on the interest rate. Internet buying can be a good experience if you verify everything first. I've purchased more than 30 new cars and this was one of the least stressful experiences, thank you Ourisman Chevrolet. More
I recently went on line to gather information about purchasing a 2013 VOLT from this dealership. Their prices were great and I agreed to buy the car. I have planned to drive down to Maryland from New purchasing a 2013 VOLT from this dealership. Their prices were great and I agreed to buy the car. I have planned to drive down to Maryland from New York this Saturday. Before I made the 11 hour round trip called to find out if there were any additional charges other than the usual taxes and tags. Ashley (a manager) told me that I had to pay an additional $850 destination charge. When I told her that the destination charges were already include in the advertised price she told me that it didn't matter, their dealership collects the $850 additional regardless of the advertised price. She also told me that all the dealers in her area do the same thing. I accused her and the dealership of fraud and she agreed but that's just the way it is. Imagine a manager saying that - admitting to a criminal act to a customer on the phone. The car I wanted listed for $40,005;destination charge is $850. This amounts to a total of $40,855. The dealer, on their own website, advertised a savings of $5,219 for a net price for the car of $35,636. This is clearly stated on their website. I agreed to that price and then Ashley tells me that I have to pay another $850 for destination charges which are clearly included in their advertised price for a savings of $4,469 and not the $5,219. I asked her why the dealer couldn't advertise the true price of the car instead of collecting the destination charges TWICE. Her response was that everyone does it. Why can't Ourisman Chevrolet of Rockmont take the highroad and not lead the customer on with false advertising and out and out FRAUD!! More
At first when I met Brandi and Jimmy they came off as very nice and concerned about my car but once you deal with them they act as if they are irritated with you. The young man and the young lady that were working at the front desk were very nice and gave me a warm feeling but Brandi and Jimmy were the complete oppisite. My car came out fine but there were a few problems that I noticed right away. When I came to pick up my car, poor Meagan with her red face had a lobby full of customers and looked like she was completely stressed because the two managers were no where to be found. In my opinion the work came out ok but took entirely too long for minor work. Would never take my car here a again until it's under new management. The work was done back in June or July if I remember correctly. More
We have been using Ourisman for years and their service department continues to be the star of the dealership. Nelson is a great service adviser and always takes care of us when we come in. He gives us timely updates on what is going on with the vehicle and lets us know if there are any issues. They also inspect the vehicle while it is in and point out if there are any other items requiring service. While all dealers do this they are not pushy and really only point out things that should be fixed the decision is always left to you. As a result they have caught things before they left us stranded on the side of the road or caused a major repair like cracked belts and worn brake pads. We always go here for our major maintenance because it is fixed correctly the first time every time. More
I had been in the market to find a new vehicle because my old one had been totaled. I found a Ford Freestar at Ourisman rockmont Chevrolet and was very interested because the internet price was good. I went to the dealership and I had talked to a man named Andy and he then referred me to Bart. Bart was nice at 1st, however when I started to look at the vehicle more closely and the issue's with the vehicle and inquired about them, he made the comment, "Would you like to buy and brand new Van then". His attitude was not so nice. I was rushed into purchasing the vehicle when I wasn't even convinced it convinced it was mechanically sound even though Bart had assured me it was COMPLETELY STRIPPED APART to pass Maryland inspection. After I purchased the vehicle and put it through Virginia state inspection and emissions, which I had to pay to have some things replaced in order for it to pass Safety inspection, all of a sudden mechanical things had started to happen and I had only had the vehicle 2 weeks. I called the used car manager Ben to express my concerns. He told me to make a list of Concerns which I did and I presented it to the service department. I was told everything would be fixed. After I picked up the vehicle the same mechanical things that were suppossedly fixed started having issues again and on top of that it began to have transmission issue's. It seemed very clear that this Dealership had no interest in making sure customer's were satisfied. I will never recommend or purchase from this dealership again! Alison More
If your car is under warranty, than everything is always fine... But after that there appeared a "lot of issues to be repaired or replaced". This was the reason I switched to my trusted technician.
